Chun’s, Guile’s and Honda’s that go straight to their own corner’s…
I’m having a tough time baiting with just normals and focus cancel throws.
Believe it or not, walking forward and blocking projectiles against a “scrubby” Chun or Guile will make them shit their pants. They’ll eventually get impatient and that’s when you outfootsie them/anti-air/knock them down to start some SK pressure. Against Honda, I find that turtling back at the other side of the screen works. The “scrubby” ones will throw out an HP headbutt and then you punish with HK scissors.
People that go straight to the corner don’t really get impatient.
Outfooting Chun is pretty tough and blocking projectiles over and over is bad and you can only take one attack using Focus and if I just keep jumping fireballs, I’m really just playing into their tactics.
if they are really scrubby, you can just head stomp them. most noobs wont know whats coming. it is also unblockable from a crouch.

if they want to sit and throw projectiles just focus through all of it to build meter.
iirc bisons cr. mk outranges chun guiles and hondas cr. mk. just pressure like a motherfucker, cr. mk x2 into lk scissors kick repeatedly. you can quasi instant over head a turtler with neutral jump rh.
It is ideal for bison to push his opponent into the corner I feel it is where he shines the best so if players are going to put themselves in the grave by running there
my suggestion is learn his bnb i think its clk clk clp scissor kick i havnt looked it up but thats what it looks like when it happens to me
ex scissor through projectiles and his standing roundhouse is pretty devastating so use that as a poke if they decide to jump out from being battered in the corner
Well, I’m stupid so I don’t really focus fireballs much, so I realize that if I had, with all that EX meter, I probably could’ve done much better.
I suck with Focusing. How does it work to do it with fireballs. Does it have to be atleast level 2? And you gain meter everytime you focus a fireball?

And EX HS and EX DR… You can EX on the way to the HS and then on the way down for the body splash thing he does. What about DR? Why EX DR while he’s jumping up since he can EX right when its about to hit-its like two EX moves in one.
Corner them like Number5 said. I’m not a Bison main but it almost goes across the board.
When you work out how to space well you zone people who are overly defensive. Bison has lovely pokes so he can edge forward and sacrifice his charge, focusing through projectile is just mp+mk and as soon as the projectile hits F,F or B,B to do a focus dash and absorb the fireball (remember the damage has to regenerate though).
Once have them cornered you can rely on your pokes and poke away at them, aiming to stuff out attacks from them or bait mistakes…You can start having fun with low kick scissors and chip away at them and really try to make them second guess themselves so they hesitate and you can start to go for easy jump-in combos or start mixing in throws…Use focus attacks to catch them out when they try to counter poke and land a counter hit. You can try aim for cross-ups that although then put yourself in the corner Guile and Honda would lose charge (though better Hondas will EX headbutt).
Best thing to do is work out how to mess them up with your normal attacks first and unsettle them, then build from there.
you know how you can absorb a hit when you’re charging focus attack? you charge the focus attack, the fb hits you and then you dash out before you do the punch.
