oh my bad didnt even see the original
it was recorded from kenās side.
Ohhh, alright. Thanks, that makes sense. I forgot they played on two different cabs.
Was the vid taken down?
Seems so. Youtube version was posted above. The audio doesnāt sync right on it though
^Guess Jinrai forgot to put the link here.
http://www.famitsu.com/game/news/1221345_1124.html this one seems to be the best quality.
that Sagat was pretty lousy with dash cancels⦠he attempted like three and didnāt execute a single one of them right.
in my honest opinion RF was trippin vs iyo, making so much mistakes its not even funny. there were a couple times where he was doing fireballs i was like āohhh noā¦this guy is going to get hit by fierceā, and bam he gets hit. he generally doesnt make those mistakes from what i seen, but oh well. iyoās a beast.
I agree with this. I thought overall Iyo controlled the games, but the fact that RF straight-up dropped a couple ultras was pretty huge. That said, Iyo made some mistakes with his antiairs and tiger shot dancing, so neither guy played perfect. Itās just that in this matchup, Sagat has to make absolutely sure he capitalizes on the few chances he gets, and RF didnāt do that.
Sagat is crazy!
Dhalsim was crazier.
Why is it that when I try to watch this I get a 20 second video with no footage?
Grand Finals: RF (SA) vs Iyo (DH)

Youtube version in good quality (without the lag between audio and video).
will it be possible to upload the rest of the tourney vids?
LOL @ 18:16 in the first 2v2 video.
Nice Boat.
Iāve never seen someone so excited to win nationals. :looney:
I guess Iām kind of glad a non-Sagat won, because if he won, then everyone would just complain about his brokenness. Of course, if X won, and now everyone is yapping about how X should be way higher up on the tier list, so I guess I canāt win.
The matches were probably much more exciting to play than they were to watch. Itās interesting to consider what was going through their minds, but it doesnāt necessarily make for exciting matches most of the time (there were one or two moments of good pressure). SF4 seems to have a ton of characters who win just by staying away from the opponent for as long as possible. Which is why I love to see characters like Fuerte play.
Yeah that shits rofl. Everytime that Sagat does his ultra juggle, it goes to the boat. I couldnāt stop cracking up.
Iyo is a monster.
His Sim is godlike.
Dude has been holding it down in Cvs2 for years with Sim.
It Looks like he will be doing same in SF4.
Playing hardcore Cvs2 has really helped his SF4 game develop nicely.
Gametrailers just put up a new trailer, its the same as the japanese one, but now in english and in HD!
The voices are really hit or miss, but I do recognize some VAs in there. Aside from the obvious Ken/Dante, Iām hearing Vega/Saddler and Seth/Nohman.
The voices for me are about 50/50
Blanka is def going Japanese.
Yeah. The english voices for anybody whoās from anywhere but Japan (sans Blanka) are great, the accents are fantastic (Rufus and Fuerte!).
But the japanese fighters are ruined. Akuma in particular, god damn.
