A 25-2 w/ Gief still don’t mean he’s top tier. It’s just the fact that I was importing ST tactics back and forth, while making people realize that if you hit me several times, SPD could still be performed.
Best moments: down to about 10% vs. a Guile, then Focus Cancel to FAB 720 out of the blue for a W.

I had off from work so I got to play today. Someone was beating everybody off with El Fuerte lol! He left in the middle of his game leaving two open machines.
I had three matches. The first game I picked Chun-Li and lost to a Ken player, but then I rematched him with Ryu and beat his Ken. Then someone picked Akuma and beat my Ryu, I took one out of the three rounds on that one, it was pretty close!
After that there was an Akuma vs. Akuma match! :lovin:
I was there around 12:40 to 1:30 and was wearing a white Goku vs. Cell T-Shirt if anyone saw me lol!
Good fun and playing it is even better than seeing it in action! A lot of my Ryu / Chun-Li combos worked, the supers came out too and I was able to EX moves. Not bad for an SF4 noob! Arg Capcom, where’s the console release already! Eh I did go home to play Mega Man 9 on the Wii so that was something… :looney:

My bad it wasn’t Rufus, it was El Fuerte, just got the names mixed up. Yeah I’ve seen Justin’s Rufus and it’s pretty beast. Anyway I’ll go edit my post, except for the beating off part.
**I was there twice, then bounced on the Sat. Didn’t play much but saw just how crazy it was. More often than not, I’ll be playing w/ my Gief more just to prove that Shotos are the major scrubs in that game.
