I do not know if already posted, but a nice variation to the punisher reset combo would be the cross tatsu follow up.
HP xx LTATSU, cr.MP RESET, cross jumped AIR HTATSU into:
a. cr.HK into wake up game
b. MSRK xx FADC, HSHAKU
c. another cr.MP RESET into DEMON FLIP
Of course this gamble is punishable like the demon flip follow up…

When i do LP DP, FADC, Red fireball it hits 3 times. When i do HP DP, FADC red fireball it only hits 1 time. I find the HP DP easier because of the extra time i have to FADC. But is it possible to let the red fireball hit more then once? I see that sometimes it hits 2 times, but almost always only 1 time.
^However you do the combo, you can juggle total 5 hits with combination of tatsu, srk, and red fireball.
tatsu, Hp.SRK (3 hits), 1 hit redball
tatsu, Hp.SRK (2 hits), 2 hit redball
tatsu, Lp.SRK (1 hit), 3 hit redball
Of course you get more time to fadc out of HP.srk but the bonus dmg and stun is such crap compared to using lp.srk. No pain no gain.
Ok thanks. So i should train more to get the Lp.SRK, FADC, redball in my system.
The problem i have is that i don’t know if the SRK will hit. sometimes it comes out to late and wiffs. and if it hits, i’m a bit to late with de FADC. I need more confidence in hitting the Lp.SRK after the tatsu.
when i only do Lp.SRK FADC redball it always work. but with tatsu before that it fails allot.
I should train it more.

With the Lp.SRK after tatsu. do you program the Lp.SRK stick movement in only once or multiple times + 2tap Lp.

hey cube to get the extra dmg for a long time I used MP dP->FADC->shaka fb until I got 100% with the lp dP version and the funny thing is there is only an 11 dmg difference. The MP dP give you plenty of time to FADC and time for the motion. Just hit training mode until you can do your combo’s reliably then throw them into match. y training mode regiment consists of me doing ridiculous links and stupid impossible FADC combos just to work on my on the fly execution.
Yeah i noticed. i will try to gradually go down from Hp.SRK to Lp.SRK.
Does anyone know if there is a vid online with that combo + the stick inputs made by that person. I’ve seen allot of vids and maybe i already saw it a couple times, but i’m not really sure.

To be safe, I do :dp: a few times during the tatsu flight, then LP twice when his foot touches. or you can do it once. just hit LP when you have to.
ok thanks, i use :df: :df:. maybe i should learn the :dp:. But i will try to only push the lp button when needed. now i just mesh :df::df:lp:df::df:lp. but it often wiffs. I need to stop the meshing
i was watching some tokido vids from gods garden and seen him pull alot of combos with cr. jab cr. jab st. jab -> st. rh, st. jab -> rh again into a sweep or somethin
anyone seen these links? it was against an abel player. so im wondering if these are only cause of counter hits or cause he is a larger character? im gonna mess around abit in training mode but any heads up on when/who they are possible against would be nice i suppose
well i sometimes do :df::df: but only because i mean to do :dp:. df, d, df, lp lp, fadc, hp.shaku. at least keep the joystick down (df, d, df) and dont let it return to neutral position (df, let go, df) if thats what you’re doing. you’ll miss the window more likely when you mash.
