What’s the logic of Infiltration getting 340 points for getting last place in Topanga World League.

He won a match. Michael-tan got more points than infiltration for A League and he lost every single match in the offline round. Mago also got points for 12th place.

The simple reason is that an exhibition is scored as a tournament. The players participating get points for last place because it looks to the system that they still got 8th out of an undefined number of entrants.
I could change this, but there is also something to say about giving even the last player some points. To be able to enter such a tournament is usually a result of great performance before. Often there are qualifiers (see Topanga League online matches etc). And even if you are last in a league, it does not mean you did not produce good results. Infiltration beat Wao in FT7 with Chun, PR Balrog beat Xiaohai. The competition is so terse and high that it is actually quite an accomplishment not to be last
The exhibition scoring could be a lot smarter to distribute points based on performance, but currently it will be as is. Players don’t get free points, I would revise if an unknown is invited, loses every round and still gets 300+ points for that

Im confused on how u rank this (also butt hurt. About not being on it haha) not to take anything away from anyone on thw marvel list … but i see names of some people who only done well once at a major or regional or what ever tournament on this list while i some didnt even make the list.
Im sure u guys have a standard ranking system u use but im just confused about it… i gotten top 8, top 16 at majors , top 8 curleh mustache, multiple 2nd place finishes at the break tournament , and other smaller events but no love :p… and why is frankie G lower then someone like pika pika who made it out of pools once me soooo confused

If you got into any top 8 of a major you should be in this as top 8 is always listed. Top 16 however may be skipped if SRK only reported until top 8. Usually however majors have top 16 anyway.
Let me know what tournaments you are missing and I’ll make sure to include them

Idk if u count curleh mustache events but top 8 at curleh mustache 3

Not so minor suggestion: it would be sweet if there were a tier list in the site derived from the players rankings. The most straightforward method would be simply to sum all the score points each character has for every player who mains it (for example, for Fei Long, 5532 from Fuudo + 3123 from Mago + 2078 from Gackt… etc.). Players who second it could be ignored at a first attempt. This could be used as solid evidence for actual character power level and real needs for buffs / nerfs.

Yea u have a few people on the list a few times… but its understandable … sometimes a player goes by multiple names
Ex: Ricky Ortiz or hellokittyricky or pretty boy ricky lol
