SF4:AE World Ranking - Site has been beta-released

It’s tricky…there are extreme players that only play in team tournaments or in the arcades. They are given relatively low weighting because of this. I’m not sure if this is the right way to do things, but at the same time, if you do it based on opinion, then it can get much more subjective than objective…

That said, I think the best THawk in the world who regularly plays and does good against the best players in Japan, should be much more than a 7/10 weight. He also 2-0 and 3-0’d his way through most of his matches at NWM, with exception of Wong.

Double Elimination has a much more stacked roster, so should be worth more.

Excuse me OP, I would like to know if you can add Power Rankings for Guilty Gear Xrd and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. Those games came out in Fall 2014 and are in need of a Power Rankings.

These games are beautiful to look at and without knowing who’s best, we wouldn’t know anything about best players.

I’m a dirty casual, but I have the excuse that I like to watch tournaments and learn interesting tech. Also, I don’t tolerate people who troll.

Sorry about the repeat posts, I don’t know how to use forums really well.

I would also want to know if there will be a Power Rankings for KoF 13 and Tekken Tag 2, noticing how many tournies they have spawned internationally.

Challonge brackets: http://challonge.com/KIC_USFIV_Vol5

What are the weights based on?

Luffy having a skill weight of 9 while having 6k points makes no sense to me

Tampa Bison now goes by the handle of “Booker”.

Are events constantly being reclassified?

Edited my previous post and updated with finished brackets.

Also http://rank.shoryuken.com/rankings/tournament/byname/Taiwan%20Capcom%20Pro%20Tour%20-%20USF4 is listed as occurring in the United States, but I’m pretty sure it was in Taiwan (the source link states that it was in Taipei).
