I don’t think anyone in the US still plays. Popular opinion seems to be that the game is too slow and unbalanced.

This is common. CE cabs were probably the most plentiful and lots of barcades have them and do nothing to maintain them.

Great matches on those Korean videos. It’s a shame that version is based on the world version, not Dash.
In retrospect, I revisited Dash and HF coinciding the announcement on the 30th SF anniversary collection.
Even in the Snes North American version, SF2CE contains Dash the JP based version of CE.
