CE (and HF) also lack the SUPER meter which is the biggest flaw in Super Turbo’s system. There’s no meter building, it’s just one on one fighting, timing, distance, and reaction. Of course there are still small communities that keep high level tournaments and casual play for CE and HF. It’s not like Super Turbo is any better of a game than CE or HF.

Personally I’d prefer to see more HF tournaments but if there is still interest in CE then that’s excellent as well. Why let good games die?

Forgive my ignorance but is there any reason why the bison’s don’t do the chip damage loop continuously until chip death? They all seem to stop after a couple of repetitions in the videos. Good stuff though, needs more Dhalsim.

I’m happy that CE,HF and SSF don’t have the super meter. It’s what they are different from 2x and the others.
And the matches last more than 2x eheheh

I’ll never understand this point of view. HF fans saying that random supers ruin the game is really far from truth.

a) Because they are not good with Bison or b) because they realize how broken this game is and that if anyone were to actually do what Bison can do in this game no-one would want to play it anymore.

CE has way bigger problems than lack/inclusion of a super meter (if that’s even really what one would call a “problem”; more like personal preferences).

Super Bars are the least of CE’s problems.
