The version information is in the options menu. I just reinstalled my copy from Steam and got the update.
Sigh, nevermind. It’s all in the Hk =,=
Alright, it is still unplayable online. Yoga teleports again and again.
So seriously, the patch from 1.06 to 1.08 is only 6mb? Egahd, it made downloading the leaked patch pointless. -_-
Also, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game up to version 1.06, yet the recoverable health is red. How is this possible? o_o
One more thing. Is it also possible to bypass the earlier patches as long as I have the latest downloaded patch? For example, if I already have downloaded version 2013 from the FTP servers, I can ditch 1.02 and 1.06 as I no longer need them right?
Haha, Scumbag Capcom: let’s SFxT PC community wait for months, fixes most stuff with 6 MB patch.
I guess it is safe to say that they won’t be fixing the teleporting issue.
My Infos for u:
I use the GFWL Version, and the Update ist around 810 megabytes big.
After installation there are
23,7 MB (24.891.585 Bytes) modified (updated)
271 Files and 236 Folders have been touched
This may vary to everyone else as long as you have/had skin mods installed.
Thanx for capcom for this great game, and also thanx to capcom for supporting the pc platform with beat-em-up fighting games. I really hate those silly (too many) first person shooters and the strategy games which are too much on the pc platform.
Ive heard mortal kombat 9 is comint to the pc platform at least, so lets hope all those great fighting games of the past may find a way to the pc platform also, games like Killer Instinc 3, Bloody Roar, Battle Arena Toshiden, Soul Calibur (Soul Edge) etc.
Yeah they already released a comment saying that they won’t touch the netcode.
Whomever is complaining that online is bad must have mediocre pcs. I just played matches on there just fine. No lag, no nothing and on full settings IN 3D with a DSL connection on a laptop…
No, the person with the superior specs and connection will be penalized hard to make up for the difference. One person feels all the pain, the other person feels like nothing is wrong.
Intel Core i3-2100 @ 3.10 GHz
Corsair 4 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 5850 1 GB
Benchmarked at 60.063 FPS in Street Fighter X Tekken and 127.9 FPS in Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition, with their respective settings cranked to maximum. This is not a stellar set-up, but it’s more than capable of running the game at 1080p without breaking a sweat. I have Verizon FiOS. My online experience is still more jumpy and spastic than Michael J. Fox, off his meds, sitting on a running washing machine during a magnitude 10 earthquake.
It’s only this bad because Capcom neglected to take PC hardware variances into account when they made the decision to port the console netcode. Consoles have the benefit of a static runtime environment. The hardware from unit to unit is so similar that framerate drops are almost certain to occur in the same places. With the PC platform, you could have one person running the game at a constant 60, while one person’s framerate bounces between 58 and 60. Invisible to the naked eye, but when you realize that you’re dealing with rollback-based netcode, it starts to make sense. Less frames rendered = less frames taken into account and transmitted during gameplay = more opportunities to desynchronize. It’s the subtle differences that completely throw it off. Incidentally, this is why making the default frame buffer setting “VARIABLE” was a fucking stupid idea on Q-LOC’s part.
This game needs to be gutted and its networking libraries completely replaced before it even comes close to a worthwhile multiplayer investment.
I finally managed to patch the game by downloading the second leaked file. However, I’m still getting randomly kicked out of GFWL.
A question for those who purchased their DLC characters legitimately, was it restored once you logged into Live? Once again, is it safe if I delete the previous patches and just keep the latest one?
woot! 2013 is out for pc! \o/
Getting around 200 FPS on my new machine with 1080P and high quality settings. o_O This is certainly an upgrade from before. Thank you based Nvidia.
And finally, I can use 2013 Elena, the main thing I was looking forward to in the patch.
Now I cant jump in on your Law all the time anymore
muahahaha!
I did all in the tutorial and the game crashes I guess I need old versions first? where can I get them to download manually?

I don’t think you’ll need the older patches anymore. I actually skipped the 1.02 patch when I reinstalled the game.
So does this all translate to it being safe to get the game now? I delayed my purchase of it because of the lack of a patch and complaints about the netcode?
Patch for PC is now at 2013, but netcode is still untouched. If you and your opponent have good PC’s and good internet then the game plays like you are playing Locals. If one of you aren’t in balance than there will be some stuttering, and if the gap is wide it is horrible.
