I’m kind of expecting another apology soon for “delays due to the holiday season”.
With this ridiculous amount of delay they should just give away the DLC characters for free.
Or they can give us Pac-Man and Mega Man.
There is an update. Problem is that it’s not yet implemented so installing them will render you unable to connect online until it is made LIVE.

microsoft is not known for to give any updates on their gfwl patch publication process.
shit will be comical if the patch will be released 1 or 2 weeks before console gets v2013
it’s like the PC ragetrain will never stop, people will just shrug and go to Capcom Unity to spam threads about the new patch
(assuming the netcode is fixed and people still have some interest in this version)
so there’s a simple way to play the 12 DLC characters in v1.02, but both players need to have this method applied
i didn’t bother to try it considering the netcode in the current version is horrible… it’s been 3 weeks now since the 1.06 patch sits on the XBOX/GFWL servers waiting god knows what…
This version isn’t that bad. Besides Cody’s safe pressure and 3f punisher I think everything else is quite in line and fun.
Console didn’t even have THAT many Sim/Cody/JackX teams even though they are the holy trinity of 1.07 lol
nice to know but the pc port is not at 1.06 but still on 1.02.
netcode is unplayable. i don’t get why… i play people who have 5-10ms ping to me and in AE the connection is flawless. yet in SFxT it teleports when it feels like it… one round is fine, next round is teleport madness.
So it is past Christmas and we still haven’t gotten the 1.06 update…
Yeah it’s weird - first few matches I’ll be fine and have serious hope. Then on about my fourth match, even if its the same person, the teleporting starts.
Maybe its an overheating issue? I am playing on my laptop running bootcamp so I dunno’.
I never got AE to work properly online though, input lag was atrocious and it often disconnected.
I’m going to seriously look into all of this once I get back to AZ this weekend.

Oh 1.02 yeah it’s bad. I mean the next content patch for PC is 1.07, it’s playable since the jab and tatsu b.s. are gone. I honestly hope 2013 hits PC soon after console. Hopefully before spring/summer. Cuz I wanna mod the hell outta SFxT PC and play on it more lol

The only acceptable excuse at this point would be that they want to release v2013 for all platforms at the same time.

so i was fooling around with Guy and i noticed this:

[]in v1.02 if i record Kazuya to jump forward with heavy kick, if i anti-air with c.mp i don’t get a counter hit (although it clearly hits him during attack startup)

[]in v1.06 i get a counter hit every time!! that i can follow up with a pretty beey combo (c.MP, walk under a bit, cl.HP xx HK tatsu, tag cancel into Bison, jump MPx2, s.MP, s.HP xx HP psycho crusher = 460 dmg, 1 EX - all starting with a pretty godlike antiair)

Mhm, Guy? As far as I know, Guy came with the other DLC characters with v.1.06? Guess they cleaned stuff like that up with the original release
