Yes, they spent heaps of money on a CGI Movie showcasing Rufus and than went and not put him in the game, makes sense to me. I mean seeing Haggar get german supplex by King and lose in 1 second is exactly the same as having Rufus voiced (in English and Japanese to boot!) and starring in a CGI movie for over 2 minutes. Exactly the same.

I think they finalized the roster just after evo if i remember correctly. So it’s possible. Either way he kept his word.

Being someone who had some decent time with the game, I have a hard time imagining him in the SFxT engine…
