Just a reminder: The hub is not for sharing of warez, ROMs, commercial music (and arguably not music at all), commercial DVD rips, TV shows, etc: it’s for fighting game and combo videos. When QoC takes it over, she can change those rules if she feels necessary, but I need to run a clean hub, sorry. =\
Hub “minimum limit” dropped to 100MB, since it seems some people felt the need to pad what they had with non-“clean” files. 100MB seems pretty reasonable for sharing, and again, you can grab files from my site or any place else if you don’t have fighting game videos to share. =\
Ummm… are the old operators from the original GFB hub on GFB2 as operators or do you have anyone else as an operator at this point? If not, I would like to be added as an operator (I’ll be getting my broadband service hooked up in my room here on Okinawa soon) as I was one for GFB1. Anyway, just send me a PM or something.
I’m remodding people as we go along. I think I’m the only new mod, and that’s mostly because I need to keep the hub squeaky clean due to my fairly high visibility/exposure. (Hence my shutting down ROM/DVD/music trading on the hub this time around and just having it be solely fighting game video based…)
My plan at this point is to run the hub until QoC gets her computer, and then we hand it off over to her. So ask QoC about being a mod, and if she says yes, you’re in.

The Mystery behind Funk. where to begin hurricanes…tsunamis…well the truth is My Comp crashed and I lost all Data. Yes, i have back ups, but it seems that a very critical disc was missing in my back ups, this disk is known as the RagingDemonBot as many of you know it by. RagingDemonBot was a working in progress everyday i worked at it to try to keep the code in shape and tuned to preform great in the hub, and now its gone, after 2 years… To add to the maddness my job of sometime now Springs Indus. is closing on Feb 1, 2005.i haven’t been to any tourneys lately due to trying to find a job and working hard at the one i have so sorry. Thanks to everyone that helped make it was it is. But more is too come, all in due time…GOFORBROKE!

I can’t really be in there much 'cuz:
1.) I have a 2GB bandwidth limit, per day, while I’m @ school (which is everyday).
2.) I’m already eating up most of the before said limit helping out ComboMasher w/ his site by sending him my archives.
Someone posted that hey got 10mbits and I thought he meant either mb/gb or whatever. He probably meant to add another zero, but anyway.
Sammiboy: You’re alive!! What’s up man. You had me worry for a while. I was getting ready to find your ass on the net (phone number and everything) to see what happened. LOL. I got my pc up and running, but no internet service yet. I’m currently re-organizing my vids and best news of all… I’m working on getting every match that I have on 8MM tapes captured, compressed, and then going to make a short trailer to advertise the new(newly captured/missing) tourney matches from the last few tourneys in Charlotte. I just realized that I didn’t have ANY vids captured from the Oct, 2003 tourney!! WTF. I have 2 tapes full from that tourney and I’ll be capturing those starting tonight. I have all the time to finish doing that and then some. So keep your eyes open. I’ll let you know first when I’m done with them. No one has any of those/seen any of those matches except for the random big matches. I have them all!! Now all I need are names of the players! They are probably going to be listed as Match 1 or whatever in the order that they appear on the tapes. Holla.
I will be putting up the GFB-BT tracker soon and will have many BTs on there soon enough, thats all i can do for now, cause i am really busy, i wil post when its up
lotus are you in passive mode or active? In the Tag column when you’re in the hub, it’ll have the client name, version, then M:P or M:A. P is passive and A is Active. When you’re in passive you can’t connect to other passive clients (get file lists) I believe.
