Does anybody know whether SF Third Strike is availiable on the PS2 in Europe (PAL version)? I know it’s included in the anniversary edition on the x-box but I would really like to buy it on the PS 2.
The European PS2 version of the Anniversary Edition should’ve been out for over two years now according to Gamefaqs.
Yep, it’s on PS2 but it’s a standalone game. Meaning, not in a collection.
Nope it’s only HSF2, there’s no PS2 3rd Strike in Europe :sad:
The only way to play SF3:3S in Europe is on Xbox or Dreamcast (or in an arcade). Obviously the Xbox option is easier than the Dreamcast option, and is likely to be cheaper than constantly going to the arcade, so i’d recommend getting yourself an Xbox (bear in mind that Anniversary Edition is not yet playable on the 360).
I guess Gamefaqs and I stand corrected: Capcom Europe doesn’t show a PS2 version on its site, so XBOX is it for a PAL anniversary edition.
