The fall of Dee Jay

Sonia watched as Ace countered Dee Jay’s kicks with some of his own.
She was impressed. “Maybe there’s something to this guy after all!”

While Dee Jay and Ace were distracted, Sonia sliped unnoticed and retrieved some files from the back room. Can’t leave any evidence that Shadowlaw was behind this. She burned the files , and then went back to checking out the fight.

" Damn it where are my men!!" Dee Jay cried out as he took another hit to the face!!
Ace grabed him and threw the helpless fighter out the window.

" Arrh! I’m not going down like this !!" Dee Jay pulled back his vest to reveal grenades.

Wtf!?!?!?!

“ew!!”

Deejay had hit the ground on the count of only being tossed out of the second floor. Instead of tosing his grenades, He leaped back into the room. Ace then kicked him back out. This pattern repeated twice until Deejay was rendered weak. Finally out of desperation, He tossed his grenades into the room.

“Son of a bitch!!” Ace cursed.

He then noticed that Deejay had improperly tossed the grenade. Instead of landing in the room, It landed opposite across the fence. The fence was then knocked clean off it’s support and landed ontop of him. The fence was chainlink, and left many scars on his face and chest.

“OW!”

Well he’s squished

" I think he’s dead" Sonia remarked
Ace was out of breath. He leaned against the wall.
“well where are we going next?” Sonia asked

Ace looked at the sky. Ace was a man driven by instinct. He never thought ahead.

“Well I can always pick another fighter for you.” Sonia replyed

“Lets see all we have to do is enter in your stats and find someone that’s your level.” Sonia took out her cell phone and dialed a nimber into it. " This will only take a minute"

Next stop : Hong Kong !!!

Ace wondered who he would fight next. He watched as Sonia accessed her website through her cellphone and entered his profile.
"This sounds too much like Dragon Ball z he said in disgust"
Ace wondered if he would ever get another chance to meet Alex. He wanted to test his skills against him.

“Here we go " Sonia said " A pair of twins from Hong Kong. Their names are Yun and Yang”

“I think I met those two before,” Ace said.

He knew he’d be facing students of chinese kung fu. He just got that feeling. He knew he’d make his mark someday, but he never thought Hong Kong would be his next stop.

“I’m gonna enjoy fighting with the chinese!” Ace said with a smile.

Ace then threw punches in the wind to see if he was fast enough.

“<They can’t defeat me!>” He then said with conviction in japanese. “<Because I’m too fast!>”

Shadowlaw’s next step

Vega approached the area where The Predators space craft was.
“clean this up !” Vega ordered in a loud booming voice " I want everything bought to shadowlaw headquarters before that creature arrives.
Sagat and Balrog [claw] were by Vega’s side." Master Vega what if that creature just follow’s us to Shadowlaw? " Sagat asked
" That’s what I’m hoping for " Vega smirked
with in the hour that they arrived Vega’s minions and scientist cleaned up the entire area.
" With this foreign technology Shadowlaw will be unstopable"

Meanwhile Ace was training outside the hotel. He couldn’t wait to put his skills to the test.
All night long he was having trouble sleeping. " What am I so

worked up about? I’m fighting against worthy opponents, Getting

to travel for free , and I’ve got a beautiful lady to travel

with. I need to look on the bright side for once" Ace smiled and looked at the sky. “This is where I belong”

" No it isn’t. An evil sounding voice said,. You will never be happy. It isn’t your nature."

Ace turned around and saw a figure completely surrounded by negative energy.

" What’s the matter don’t recognize me? I have to say I’m hurt. After all the time we’ve spent together."

" Who are you? " Ace asked

" Come on think Ace. Remember the school fights. All the times you felt alone and angry? When you were picked on and screamed at, We were there! " the figured steped out of the shadows and revealed to be ACE! It looked exactly like ace but evil.

“I must of been training too hard…” Ace backed away.

“You can’t ignore me anymore !” it screamed " Let’s see if this jogs your memory !!" Ace’s memory’s were flooded with the time he commited a murder. It filled his brain like fire. All he could do is scream in agony.

" You see!! we are you! and you are us !! The screams of that punk who picked on you day in and day out! The way he looked at you as you unleashed your anger. You can’t say you don’t miss it !"

Ace screamed in pain!!" No !! That was a mistake !! I’m not like that anymore !!"

" You enjoyed it just as much as we did ! The blood the mess it was fun "

" No ! If I do it again I’ll make her cry!.."

And just like that Ace woke up. he found himself outside where he was training. Did he train so hard that he fell asleep? “what was that all about” Ace fell on the floor shivering “I’m so cold…”

Betray

At the airport where Sonia’s family jet was Sonia stoped into the ladies room.
" Uh excuse me , Ace . I’ll meet you on the plane"
Ace nodded and went on ahead.

In the bathroom Sonia reported to shadowlaw, " Master Vega, we are on our way to Hong Kong. Are they ready? "

" Good to hear from you Sonia." Vega responded " Yes the two kungfu masters are under my control. It will be a matter of time before Ace falls under there power."

Sonia " Understood sir. over and out" As she signed off she felt sick. "Could it be I’m actully feeling guilty over this ? " She asked herself.
It dosen’t matter. I already got paid half. All thats left is this last trip.

Later on the plane

“What’s the matter?” Ace asked
" You look, uh I don’t know worried"

" No, i’m fine" Sonia answered

“Oh, okay” Ace replyed " Why did you offer to be my tourguide for your father? There has to be something else. You aren’t bothered traveling with a stranger?"

" I like traveling. Always wanted to see the world. Ever since I was little" Sonia avoided eye contact by staring out the window.
" And you ? Why do you wanna travel?"

“The only two places I’ve ever seen were Toronto and New York,” Ace replied. “To get to go to Hong Kong or Tokyo would be sweet! And traveling with a babe is a plus!”

Ace was still having bad flashbacks of his demon self. The pain that he felt was almost unforgettable. A part of him that he now tried to supress was now getting the better of him. If he fell into the darkness now, He’d leave a path of bloodshed behind. Was he gonna overcome this? Or was he doomed to repeat the murder he comitted countless times?

Akuma felt another dark presence heading towards Hong Kong. It belonged to a young adult. He was another prodigy of the murderous intent who refused the gift that many fighters craved to embrace. It the greatest power any human could achieve.

“<Why does this child refuse the gift?>” He thought.

Seen through Sonia’s eyes

Sonia blushed at Ace’s answer. The kid has opened up alot since they left New York. She remember all the jokes Ace made up on the airplane to lighten up the mood. When ever things got too tense between them { The sexual tension} He would do something funny. {Like pretend to be the guy from star track and react that twilight zone episode}

She also loved how he acted when they played video games. Sonia’s jet had A huge TV and video game’s. Ace would freak out and act funny when he lost. She could tell he must have a little brother, Deep down inside he had a kind gentle side. Yet there was side he hid from her. She couldn’t tell what it was. But she could see it slightly when she first met him and the way he handled the fight with Dee Jay. That was a part of him, that she never wanted to know.

As the plane soar through the night sky, Sonia fell deeper into thought.

She couldn’t help but feel a little jealous too. No matter how much she tried or how close she got, she could sense that Ace had someone he loved. Whoever she was, she could tell part of that person was always with him. It was that part that she envyed.

Sonia snaped out of it. What was she doing !? Falling in love with him? Or maybe feeling sorry? Sonia felt mixed up. This was unprofessional. She was going native and she wasn’t having it.
She turned to look at Ace and saw him sleeping.
It look like he was having a bad dream. She scooted over and rested her hand on his shoulder.
“Are you okay?”
" Azshara…" Ace cried out in his sleep.

" So there is someone " Sonia was felt the sting of that name.
" Azshara. beautiful name. " Sonia put her blanket { it’s night time right now} over Ace.
" I wish I could end this now and be done with it," She said in disgust. That night she didn’t get much sleep.

Predator VS Q

Predator sat atop of one of the tallest buildings in New York.
The warm summer breeze blew through his dreadlocks.
Over the past few weeks the predator fought alot of street fighters, and he has claimed worthy trophies.

However the Predator was unsatisfied. He searched everywhere but couldn’t find the 2 warriors that defeated him that one night.

He crouched down on the edge of the building and searched for his next worthy prey.

"so this is where you search for your victems,"
A voice whispered from behind The Predator.

Out of instinct The Predator unleashed the claws out of his wrist. "Grrrr…"
He spun around. Ready to do battle.

Predator saw a man in a mask holding a tape recorder. The recorder continued to play the message.

" My name is Q and you are under arrest for all the street fighters you have murdered. Your punishment is execution. Have a nice day" The tape player stoped making a clicking noise.

Using that noise as starting bell the predator unleashed multiple lasers on Q.
Q charges The Predator dodging the lasers and punches the Predator in the gut.
This made the Predator extremely pissed.

Q not one to show emotion continued to pummel The predator by slmamming his fist into the the predators helmet. When he got bored of that he grabed the alien by his arms and started swinging around.

After a couple of good swings Q let go and flung the creature off the roof top. The Predator having the most stamina of his clan resisted falling unconsious and ramed his spear into the wall stoping this fall.

That’s about when the predator realized his helmet was damaged. He ignored the scrambled images he was seeing and managed to swing himself into one of the windows on the building.

Explosion’s and Monsters

The couple that was making out screamed as glass flew everywhere. The Predator shook his head to get the glass off his dread locks. Simalar to a dog after a bath.

As the guy ziped up his pants , he started to studder. " Wha, wha what do you want from us ?"
The woman continued to scream over and over again.
The Predator let out a huge roar. {his trade mark one} and made the scarded man faint.

The predator started to toggel with the options on his mask intill he could see clearly again. the woman continued to wimper in the corner.

The Predator realized he didn’t have time to fix anything else, as Q crashed through the wall.

As Q ran towards The Predator shoved his claw into Q’s stomache . He was a little bit surprised when Q continued to punch him and choke him.

The Predator started slashing like a wild animal. After exchanging blows the predator realized Q was going to out beat him in the raw power catergory.

He ramed into the unstopable Q and charged him into the wall. The wall collapsed and the battle continued into the hallway.

The neighbors came out of there rooms and scream’s were heard all around the 2 warriors. The predator tryed to go for the kill and stab him in the face. But to his surprise his claws shattered.

Q Took the arm Predator used and Threw him into the floor. The crappy apartment building’s floor collapsed, dropping the fighters and innocent viewers.

As they fell to the floor below them they ignored there new surroundings. The men and woman moaning in pain. As well as the uncovered gas leak that was damaged in the battle were all made invisible to the fighters.

Q made his usual “breathing nose” as he advanced on his prey. The Predator took out his smart disc and tossed it at Q. Q dodged it and it ended up slicing one of the people behind him before coming back to it’s master like a boomerang.

Predator tossed the frisbie like disc again and this time Q caught it. Q struggled with the disc as the advanced technology tried to go back to it’s master.

Predator saw the opening and aimed his shoulder canon at Q. The laser bursted out and caused a bigger explosion then last time.

The building collapsed into flames and fell the pieces. The FBI searched the place after the fires burned out. But they never found there " Q " or the murderer.

Ace jumpped onto the comfortable bed in his room at a 4 star hotel.

" Man am I glad to be off of that air plane ! "

Sonia just got out of the shower. " Hey that’s my bed ! You got the couch !" Sonia tied her fluffy robe tight and wrapped the towl on her head.

" Aw , when are we gonna fight the Kung Fu twins ?" Ace complained.

Sonia sat on the bed ignoring him. She peeled off the top of her yogurt and dipped her spoon.

" You could at least lie to me." He turned on the the TV. " Well since your giving me the silent treatment I’m gonna do some push ups"

Sonia frowned as she turned on the news.

" In other news one of the major appartment buildings in New York was bombed by terrorist" The News Reporter explained.

“Uh Ace, I think you should see this” Sonia dropped her yogurt spilling it all over her slippers.

Conclusion?

Sonia brought Ace in front of the T.V.
She watched as his face filled with horror.

“That’s not to far from where gramps lives!”

Sonia passed him her cell phone. " What are you going to do?"

Ace dialed his grandfathers phone number.

???: an young answered. “hello”

Ace: " Davey thank god your okay! "

Davey: " Ace…"

Ace: " What’s the matter? "

Davey : " I can’t stay on if Grandpa knew I was talking to you…"

Ace: " what happened?"

Davey: We were attacked while you were away.

Ace : " By who?"

Davey : " I don’t know Ace. He was big and dangerous. Listen Ace, Grand pa’s pretty pissed off that your problems have gotten us in danger. "

Ace : " What? Listen what did he look like? I have to know !

Davey : Well he’s big , has a mask, um… pale yellow skin with spots , dread locks…What the hell was he Ace? Do you have an alien chaseing you?"

Ace…

After Davey asked the question, he could hear his granpa yelling in the back ground. After some argueing he heard the phone hang up followed by the sound of a dial tone

" Is every thing okay? " Sonia asked.

Ace took a deep breath. " Well there okay. That’s the important thing. Gramps is a little pissed but he’ll come around.
Ace looked out the window. " Is that creature still alive? " He asked himself.

Sonia and Ace spent the rest of the night talking and playing cards.
“What are you going to do now?” Sonia asked

“Well I was going to rush home. But it looks like they don’t want me around”

" So you’re going to continue your journey? " Sonia threw down a seven. Ace picked up cards.

" Yeah. I knew there wasn’t anything left for me there, Now I’m sure. " Ace passed on his turn.

" You know Ace. Every one needs someone. No one can go through life all by themselves. " Sonia put down her last card which happened to be another seven.

" Yeah that’s the thing though. All my life , I’ve always been alone. " Ace countered with one of his sevens, making her pick up double.

" Your such a dumbass. It’s like your trying hard to be a loner. But in the end your just a wannabe. Look this macho 'I don’t need anything vibe ’ Isn’t working for you. Light up."

Ace put down his last card, winning the game. " I’m not a wannabe"

" I know, your upset. But you got me okay? " Sonia picked up the cards and shuffled them.

Ace smiled. "Well I won so dinner is on you. " He threw on his jacket. " But since I like your advice, I’ll pay."
Ace walked out of the room.

Not even a minute after he left Sonia’s phone started ringing.
" Master Vega?"

" Abort the mission. We have caught the Predator. We don’t need to use that young fighter as bait anymore. "

" Understood" Sonia sounded like a burden has been lifted off her shoulders.

" You have 5 minutes to get out of there. A clean up crew is on there way to your hotel." Vega explained.

Sonia was speechless for a moment. " Yes sir.

Ace decided to head over to a nearby park to train. As he left th hotel, he payed for her diner and carried his in a doggybag. He then said good bye to the people who greeted him. as he stepped into the forest, a Dark prescence came from behind a big tree.

“Listen up pal!” The voice said. “She’s probably just playing mindgames with you, or using you as a pawn! And do you really think that Azshara loves you! You’ve gotta be kidding me!”

Ace: You again…

Dark Ace came out from his hiding place.

Dark Ace: I am a part of you! Never forget that. And as long as you live, You’re truly alone unless you accept that we are one!

Ace: Then I start killing mindlessly because I welcomed you? No freakin’ way!

Dark Ace: I know she’s a part of our downfall in some way! Let me take care of her and nothing can stand in our way!

Ace: If I die, It ain’t gonna be with you in the driver’s seat!

Dark Ace: What part of being one don’t you understand? It means that there isn’t just you and just me. It means we are both the same person with one mind.

Ace:Your thoughts… My head… Doesn’t work!!

Yun & Yang

While Ace struggles with his darkside. Yun and Yang are nearby wandering around.

Yun: "Your sure the tip is right? "

Yang: "The tips we get from Master Gen’s connections are never wrong! You should know that by now! "

Yun: “It better be! I don’t like wandering around for nothing, when I can be at home watching Smallsville.”

Yang: "Shut up, That show sucks. 24 is much better. "

Yun: “Whatever man.” Yun fixed his hat. " So how strong is this Ace character?"

Yang: " Who knows? All I know is he’s challenging us on our turf. So he;s going down!"

Yun pauses he feels a shiver run down his spine.

Yang: “You feel that too huh?” Yang rubed his nose. {simlar to the way bruce lee does it} " Kind of exciting huh?"

Yun : " I dunno about this.This energy feel all wrong. I don’t like it."

Yang : “C’mon ! It’s only a little futher.”

Meanwhile Ace could see Dark Ace in front of him. The dark side of him was so corrupted it’s skin looked like it was decaying.
It’s hair was messed up and it’s eyes were blood shot.

Dark Ace: " You can’t run away from me anymore."

Ace wanted to fight him. But his muscles felt weak. He kept on telling himself to move but his body ignored him. He could feel himself start to panic.

As Dark Ace grew closer. HE he felt cold.

Dark Ace: " SShhhh. No more worries . I’ll take care of all your problems.“
The air was so cold steam came out when he talked.
Dark Ace: " You won’t feel a thing.”

Ace felt himself grow weak and tired.
Ace: “No not like this. Some one help me. Davey, Sonia, gramps,Azshara…” Ace could feel his mind growing cloudy as his thought’s started to trail off about her," I’ve failed her too…"

Dark Ace: " Open wide…" It put it’s hand over Ace’s mouth and that’s when Ace felt the pain. A smothering kind of pain. A helpless kind.Slowly Ace drowned in his own darkness.

Dark Ace stood up with his eyes looking bloodshot, engulfed partially in purple flames. His breath wreaked of decay. His clothes looked like they were covered in mud. He had finally assumed temporary control of Ace’s mind and will. Had Ace put up a better fight, He wouldn’t have been controlled by low level Ansatsuken energy. Yun and Yang finally aproached where Ace stood.

Dark Ace: “You’re my next opponents? You seem like a breeze to kill off!”

Yun: "You look familliar!"
Yang: “He’s our target!”

Dark Ace: “Target?! More like assailant!”

Dark Ace then reached in to punch Yun in the gut. Yun countered with a kick to the face. He then threw his fists furiously at Yun. Yun’s answer to that were several punches uf his own. The two then continued to bash at eachother. After several minutes of fighting, Dark Ace had finally taken Yun down. He had recieved many bruises and sores in the process.

Yang: “Time to die, demon!”

Yang vs Dark Ace

Yang’s always been jealous of his brother. But seening his brother taken down like that filled with rage.

Dark Ace: I see I’ve angered you. That’s good.

Yang : You Bastard !!

Dark Ace : " Maybe one day You’ll walk the same path as me "

Yang charged Dark Ace and the Two continued to exchange blows equally .

Dark Ace: " I see, whoever taught you must of been amazeing. "

Yang performed his roll kick catching Dark Ace off guard and sending him flying to the ground.

DA : “Shit ! Ace has gone soft while I’ve been gone. It’s all that little tramps fault!”

Yang: " Enough with your excuses. Get up !"

Dark Ace : You don’t even know what your up against!"

??? : Oh yes he does. There’s nothing special about you.

Dark Ace saw a shadowed figure step out into the light. Yang turned around to see an assassin with a mask and claw. Yang could feel his dark atmosphere that only a skilled assassin gave off. A cold negative feeling that gave him chills.

Yang heard tales from Gen of an assassin who worked for Shadowlaw. Gen warned him that he was not to be taken lightly.

Yang : Balrog…

Balrog: Do I know you boy? Hmmm… your fighting style … you two must be the brats that Gen and Lee trained, HEh heh.

Dark Ace : So Sonia finally showed her true colors huh?

Balrog : It appears so. Well Bussiness is bussiness, no offense . So lets make this quick.

Yang looked at his brother lying on the ground and summoned the courage to speak up.

Yang: No this is my fight !! I challenged him first !!

Balrog:…

Sonia

Sonia searched the hotel and couldn’t find Ace anywhere.

" Where the hell is he? " She asked herself.

" Excuse me ! " She asked one of the hotel workers, " Have seen this man " She showed him one of the pictures she took of Ace.

" He has Long, curly black hair, light-dark skin color, Red eyes…"

The man looked at the picture.

“He always wears a black Jacket, Red T-shirt, Jeans and red converse sneakers.” Sonia continued.

" Is this your boyfriend ?" The guy gave her a funny look.

Sonia blushed . " U h sure . Do you know where he is ?"

worker : “I saw him go outside”

Sonia : " Thank you " Sonia started to run to the exit.

" Uh miss !" The worker called out. Sonia paused
The worker continued " It’s not wise to go against shadowlaw! "

The worker gave her an evil grin.
“That’s okay " Sonia didn’t sound surprised " I Quit”

" It’s your funeral sweet heart " The worker laughed.

Sonia ran outside and began her search for Ace. " I hope I’m not too late! "

Meanwhile Yang & Dark Ace continued there conversation with Balrog

Balrog : You have alot of guts kiddo. But I have appointments I must keep. You’ll have to pick another fight , now scram ! This scrub is mine !!

Dark Ace : “Who are you calling a scrub ? You Bishounen reject !”

Yangs steps in Balrogs way. But get’s pushed out of the way as Balrog charges at Dark Ace !!

Dark Ace manages to dodge the first couple of swings, but just barely.

" Maybe there is something to you. But you have too many openings " Balrog taunted as he sliced Dark Ace’s back.

" Arrrrgh !" Dark Ace shot a Phoenix shot shot at Balrog but he doged it and slashed Dark Aces hand ! Dark Ace managed to use a Talon claw and knock Balrog back , giving Dark Ace much needed breathing room.

Dark Ace growled like a wild animal his eyes glowing red. "

" Good !" Balrog let out a sinister laugh. " Let go and act like the beast that you are. It will make ripping apart your insides much more satisfying."

Dark Ace’s vision grew blury . Balrog charged and went for the kill. Blood splashed all over Dark Ace’s face.

" What a waste " Balrog complained, “Look what you made me do.”

Ace opened his eyes and saw that Balrog has stabed Sonia instead of him.

" Now where did you come from…" Balrog removed his claws from her gut and pushed up his mask so he could taste the blood,
" You taste as beautiful as you look."

" Sonia why? " Ace choked back his tears

Sonia turned slowly and smiled. " Your back to normal. Thats good. I wanted to see the man I’ve fallen in love with one more time"

" Sonia …" Ace clenched his fist, " You didn’t deserve this"

" Yes I did," Sonia eyes started to tear up. " I’ve done some bad things in my life. I’ve lied to you , I’ve killed innocent people. At least I could save the one good thing. If only Jimmy could see me now. "

Ace grabed Sonia’s hand . The warm tears streamed down his face.

" Don’t…" Sonia choked on her blood. Her voice becoming a wisper. " Don’t give in to the… D-ark …Ne-s-s…"

Ace felt her pulse and she was gone. He stared at Balrog trying to remain focused. " I’ll never forgive you for this…"

" I agree… It was a shame such a beautiful creature had to go. At least it was by my blade. My blades are honored." Balrog smiled grew wider.

Yang steped in " What is your problem you psyco !!" Yang clenched his fist. " You are offically on my shit list !!"
