Setting up Live Stream (from computer)... WoW + Vent + Music

I’m wondering what the most effective way to live stream everything that is happening on my computer over the web?

Mainly i want my monitor to be shown or a single area of my monitor + all sounds. People can hear what music i’m listning to and the people i’m talking to over ventrilo etc.

Any software or website that would be best to achieve this?

Procaster from Livestream.com does this. It’s pretty sweet, theres a studio for setting overlays and what not.

I’ve used it where I live to stream some DOTA tournament matches with Vent convos doing commentary.
