Don’t worry too much Tony, I thought you did very well. Cammy is a tough match for Seth, she’s like a wrecking ball when she gets in on people, plus she’s fast, nimble and her rushdown is militant. Seth’s low life and low stun just gets abused by her stay on top of them aggression, also the range and priority of Canon Spike makes zoning with jumping fierce almost impossible. You did better then I do against good Cammy’s, gonna pirate some of your stuff, lol. Keep at it!
Calling the Cammy player a scrub is unfair. Whoever they were they played well, well enough to beat Tony who is as Gumpool puts it “a king among Seths”. For Cammy the reward for landing a Canon Spike on Seth is greater then the risk. It does good damage on Seth and gets her a knockdown, which allows her to get on top of him, which is where she wants to be. If Seth blocks it all he gets (in this particular match at least) was a hyakuretsu kyaku, which is a low damage, full screen knockdown and Cammy doesn’t have much of a problem getting close again.
Also Cammy had good throw set ups and come to think of it made good choices consistantly. Not jumping over Sonic Booms, when Seth had Ultra was smart. Tony was unable to land an Ultra in this whole match.
So I think give credit where credit is due. That Cammy was pretty good.

He played a really smart game and that clutch TK CS >> ultra at the end was simply godlike. no offense tony. was a fun match to watch, you really ballsy with those dash SPDs haha
oh, and why i don’t go to tourneys any more…i just have a lot going on, uh, in my home life. Kinda serious stuff. I’m never sure when i’m actually gonna be able to go (it’s always a reminder that i’m still 17 living at home XD) so i don’t make plans to get a ride from anyone. would hate to have someone drive 30 minutes or more (fuck weekend traffic hahaha) to try to give me a ride and then be like “lol sorry ^^;” you know?

Cammy’s Cannon Spike owns Seth for free if he’s in the air. And if you have meter to FADC a random DP is a great option.
You can’t cancel Seth’s s.lk. The only moves that will combo after a s.hk that are cancellable are cr.lp, cr.mp, cr.lk, and s.lp.
After the tandem you should punish with cr.hp xx lp shoryu -> stomps if you’re mid-screen or with s.hk -> cr.mp xx legs -> stomps if you’re in the corner.
