entry fee: USF4 is $5 (60/30/10 payout)
CVS2 AND 3RD STRIKE is $3 (60/30/10 payout)
the rest $1 entry fee winner takes all
(games can be free tournaments with no payout depending on the crowd)

There are a decent number of monitors available, but bringing consoles/CRTS/arcade sticks ( especially xbox 360 sticks and ps2 sticks)/games would help run the tournament smooth.
