Auction tournaments were great at UFGT7. I’d like them to be back.

The auctions have to return, little things like that really made UFGT7 that much more memorable, much better than the standard team events. That said, has anyone really played around with MK’s 2v2 mode in tourney scenarios? Maybe you could try a true 2v2 tourney, two players taking on two players. Just an idea I hadn’t seen discussed anywhere.

I may be thinking of coming out from Michigan to do this. I wouldn’t expect to get very far but just being able to play and be in the atmosphere would be awesome. If for some reason you’d still need help, I’d be down to do whatever.

I missed mk char auction at ufgt sadly but even tho I just watched sf4 auction it was really entertaining. Arthurs feurte, so crazy.
@mk tag idea, it might be cool to do it as a side tournament, akin to how other big games gave teams. I guess there was some changes in tag to make it more balanced but its still got lots of crazy stuff (you can get punished for killing your opponent by the incoming tag partner with some moves). Also would have to make sure we have a fat PS3 with 4 usb ports available for this.
Yeah, I never meant it as a serious, “marque” tournament suggestion, just on par with the auctions and other side events. Never thought about the usb restrictions, though Focus Fire’s equipment were all fat boys, I believe.

FPS shooters. Think Call of Duty and Halo.
