Haven’t been to James Games in awhile I would like to able to attend this

Hope you can make it out…it’s only once a month.

Ggs to everyone who made it out. Very well ran tournament!

ah didnt know about this. kof is on console right?

SOUL CALIBUR 5 HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE LINEUP!
Results from 1.28.12: EGP "Epic Monthlies" Results

Thanks a lot bro. Glad you could make it.

Yah man, KOF is console.

if i enter multiple tournaments do i pay the venue fee twice?

No. Venue fee is paid only once. If you enter both games you pay $25 ($10+$10+$5).

Definitely coming to James Games this weekend I have to get some games in!

This will be my first tourney. See you guys this weekend

What time does the umvc tourney usually end? jw

Depends on how many enter but usually in a couple hours. However we will be open for casuals from about 6pm-2am. It’s only $3 for tournament players.

Great tournament :).

I hate PS3s, but I respect your use of PS3s. It gave me a wake up call. PS3s do lag comparatively to 360, but it’s the EVO tournament standard, so I’m going to have to get used to it, so although I wasn’t 100% due to my own inexperience, I completely appreciate the wake up call :).

Those chairs though weren’t meant to hold 300+ pound people :(.

Team IGL will definitely be at the 3/10 tourney for MK. Man, if you only had SFxTK that day as well… I really want to play in a tourney rather than just stand around and watch my players the whole time lol.

Thanks man. I was getting super hype watching all the DRS matches. You guys were sick. Regarding the PS3’s…yah, the day EVO switches over to XBox will be the day I do as well. Until then…

Yah man our first SFxT tournament will be on March 17th at our first annual “Rock and Gaming Fest”. That’s gonna be hype. I’ll bring a copy of SFxT to our tournament on the 10th so everyone can get some casuals in. See you guys in a couple weeks. Dam it’s gonna be hype.

I’m just going to make a quick comment though.

Regarding the stream station; the regular stations was different timing than the stream stations. It must have been something with configuration because I was talking to some other stream runners and if you have it configured wrong with your stream station, it’s going to have quite a difference with input lag.

I use the EXACT same setup as Level Up and Offcast (they helped me build my stream).

Oh, sorry. I stand corrected then. It must’ve been just me being inexperienced on the PS3.

I’ll be sure to practice up for PS3 next time :). Sorry for accusing you. :(. (or if it seems like I’m complaining a lot. I really did have a great time.)

Also; do you guys plan to hold KoFXIII tournaments?

We held one KOF tourney in Upland but the turnout was weak so I dropped it. From what I understand it’s not the best area to host KOF tourneys. However I do still love the game so I usually bring a copy for casuals.

Ah, the community for KoF down here is pretty weak unfortunately :(.

And is the next tournament going to be on the 24th because Chris told me you were going to hold a tournament on the 17th? Are there any details on that?
