Nah… You can’t launch, but u can go for unblockable. 
I think you can launch when Doom’s rocks hit but only for a short period of time before they get caught up in the rocks. I’m not talking about your setup though. Maybe sent won’t get there in time.
ahh… so when ur opponent lands on the rocks, i go for the unblockable?
any other tricks up your sleeve?
