This is not gonna happen. Used games are like the gateway drug into gaming once you start playing those 5 dollar used titles at gamestop. It wont be long before your standing in line for 4 hours waiting on the next CoD forking over almost 70 bucks with the rest of us. puuhllleeeeez.

Dude, if I put a EULA on a new car, I could cockblock the used car market. EULA’s are one of the worst things to happen to consumers. emotional observation on subject: EULAs have turned buying a product into quasi renting it with a more strings attached than a divorce.

And yes, the EULA needs to be fucking changed. That shit should NOT come up when u attempt to install/play a game, it should be signed before I even put money down. And the consumer should be allowed to modify the contract and resubmit it to the parent corporation, just like ANY OTHER LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT NEEDS TO BE SIGNED.
