Man, why are you here?

Did you completely miss the point?
Not everyone should be heralded as a hero, and no not everyone can be.
People are not created nor molded the same.

Some are simply made of better materials.

my condolence to the family . My that Hero spirit live for ever and his soul be blessed

the man is a hero, RIP
and my condolence for the family

yeah, lets judge the people based on how they post on this site

I think it comes down to choice. And while everyone is unique in terms of potential, I think most everyone has the capacity to make a heroic choice. It’s probably not going to be an easy choice, but it’s there.

Careful. If you keep that logic you might end up with racial scapegoats and deathcamps.

We still have songs about Casey Jones here. Hopefully he gets similar treatment.

internet interaction != real life interaction
if you cant understand that, then no wonder why you are so easily trolled

r.i.p :frowning:

Matriarch you are being an idiot

I was wondering how you would manage to spin this thread back to you, but you did it. You da bes.

Anyways, this bus driver is the man!

I don’t think he will ever be truly forgotten; sure the people affected won’t think about him in everyday life, but when a stressing/dire situation comes up again, you bet their memory of him will get jogged back. Someone like that is never truly forgotten.

the more you post the more i admire you. you have successfully become the center of attention in EVERY thread. very nice. even the best trolls don’t have such a high success rate. this is something i think women are better at that than men for sure.

He didn’t really give his life, that title is misleading. He was certainly a hero, but he was screwed before he made a decision. He was amazing for being able to protect the passengers with the substantial injuries he took, but I don’t think he would have lived even if he just curled up in a ball and somehow didn’t crash.

Women got two extra sources of attention that men just can’t provide. It is pretty crazy how it just took one post for people to go all ADFLA:AKDLFJSLADJF, though.

On the topic of this thread, where the hell did that huge piece of metal come from? That shit just appeared out of nowhere.

She can’t have this thread. THIS IS WU BINS THREAD.

Unless she takes a bikini photo with a sign dedicated to his memory.

a lot of random shit happens in china

but usually the random shit is a kid taking a shit on the street or on the floor in a public restroom. not huge pieces of metal crashing through the windshield. but not surprised at all.

RIP. It’s like people are dying left and right nowadays. :frowning: Though it’s not important, I’m still trying to figure where that piece of debris came from.

Dudes a boss. May he rest in peace.

Wow, a positive (yet nonetheless tragic) story to break the endless stream of sensationalist shock horror that pervades GD?

My heart goes out to this man. I believe this is someone we can all respect and perhaps even learn from. It’s hard to verbalize my respect for him without using using general understatements like this.

Where did the metal come from?
