There had to be an Angry Scar before that - the match is 10 or so seconds in when the video starts. That looks like almost, maybe exactly 20% of Yang’s life bar - I can’t remember if the twins are 900 or 950 (180 is 20% of 900), but you don’t get that amount of damage without Angry Scar.
it was a combo to TU. you can tell after the TU hits yang, i can’t see how many hits on the video

Hahahahahaha, now that I look back at that video, that’s just a c.jab into MP Tiger Uppercut - 130 damage on console - so that’s what? 150 damage in AE? Not even 20%; not even the damage of an Angry Scar TU.
I’m actually more impressed by the damage c.MK xx HP Rekkas does to Yun in the Wong vs Marn vid up there. It did a heck of a lot more than that Sagat combo.

anyone know if you can use the same high jump set-ups for ultra if so yang ability to combo into ultra is looking pretty good vs shooto’s hes got fadc and vs others hes got ultra 1
VS Anyone he has the high jump set up but i believe you can do it both Ultras but Ultra 1 is better cause you’ll get full animation. The only usage for U2 is to punish fireballs and possibly AA even though Ultra 1 can be an AA as well.
I see both yang looking solid atm though i think he might have a life defect like yun 900 it think, but one other thing i like the look of is his low forward into light palm safe hit confirm got a lot of mix-up opportunity
That’s mainly how Yang is, Mixup. It’s where all of his damage is going to come from. Look at Sakura ALL her damage pretty much comes from a mixup after connecting EX tatsu.
Vs anyone he has both Jump cancel setups AND FADC. It’s not limited to Shotos.
It’s medium palm. Light is a fake.
also, strong palm isn’t safe, only fierce [and maybe EX] is safe.
