The way i did it for this game was lightest ball, 95-100% power, center position, aim slightly to left with 2 spins to the right. Pretty consistent strikes.

Unlocked Dragon of Dojima style, been spending untold billions into Kiryu and have unlocked all mastery training. Guy is on a different level on a different planet now, just smashing randoms like nothing, putting the shoes to the Shakedown dudes etc. Dunno how to use the actual Dragon style tho I think its an actual amalgamation of everything he learns, he has a cool scene when he beats the big bad behind the real estate story where hes inspired to learn it.
