Yea your share % is basically how much interference you can expect to get. Once you have taken out the king you dont need to use security guard no more basically. They will hit you with their challenge, then a property or 2 after that I think they come for your ass.

edit: @DrellyFish forgot to add, do the Electronic King next, its much easier taking them down in order, once you have a district dominated the revenue it creates makes it pretty simple to take on the next one, like a full tick from Leisure will be enough to take over a shop from Electronic. A full tick from Leisure + Electronic will be enough to take over a shop from Pleasure, and etc etc.
