Just a couple notes for folks. If you get a SANDTEX finish graphics won’t look great on it. The texture of the Sandtex will show through. If you ordered one with Graphics and Sandtex, let me know so we can change it if you don’t want the texture to show through.

Final Drawings of the Vewlix Layout. You will notice this is different than the previous layout because it has the square carriage bolt holes. This is 100% true to the original. Again, big thanks to @N10248 for measuring his panel out to back me up on the one @Trugoy loaned me. There was a difference!

The only other place that I have found that offers these panels is giz10p and they are priced comparatively. With Jasen’s panel you will get the panel powder-coated which will make it last longer and you don’t have to worry about rust. Not to mention that shipping to the US from the EU is ridiculous! This is one of the sexiest panels around for the best price that you will probably ever see it at. I can’t recommend enough that you do whatever it takes to pick one up. No other panel that I’ve seen offers as much elbow room outside of customs.

Ill try to take some tonight, but the design is very difficult to see as firstly its reflective and the design itself is a very subtle greyscale effect
that said the whole design is made using small hexagons a bit like in my avatar pic, so you could use any greyscale artwork image and overlay the black hexagonal honeycomb pattern over it and it would probably look just as good.

The hexagons are easy. I’ve used something similar working on some art for VOLTECH. The image behind it though it something I want to get right.
That said, we could make it unique and have a special Tech Talk related image instead.
They didn’t come out too well, i might take it outside later and try again.
pity i dont have a scanner as i cold scan the whole thing in chunks and join it up.
