Ah right, I’ve heard of the turbo grafix before, just never heard it called the pc engine, that’s what threw me.
Neat as, so when you say rgb video do you mean component or is it so aged that it needs an upgrade for rca output?

Sort of, similar concept, different color space. Component video as you know the Blue, Magenta and Green RCA plugs uses a YPBPR color space, where I say RGB the video information in the RGB color space and separates the signals into Red, Blue and Green. But it’s easy to adapt the RGB into Component video, VGA or HDMI and you get none of the video artifacts and distortion from composite (Yellow plug) video or S-video or a RF switch. RGB video is a big deal around Retro console aficionados. And many HD TVs don’t even accept Analog RF or composite video any more.

One post per week for a year, 52 weeks, he would be well over his required minimum.
Last year we had to make a judgement call as somethings went into a grey area.
The changed made this year was to avoid those tough calls and make the rules more cut and dry.
You win. I apologize for any grief I have caused in trying to be a part of a gift giving event through the forum. I shall go back to simply reading posts on a weekly basis as I have in the 892 visits I’ve made over the past six years (892/6 = 149 visits per year = 2.85 visits per week) I’m sorry that I don’t feel like I have anything post that would be of value to the forum. Thank you for what you do to keep this site flourishing. I have truly enjoyed all that I have gotten out of it. I have learned to solder, learned to fix fightsticks and consoles, learned to make cosmetic mods, and overall added value to my enjoyment of the FGC.

I do not want make any issues. I made the rules cut and dry and little room for leeway this year to avoid issues, not to start new ones.
I didn’t make the rules to single any one person out, just to protect other participants basing this on years of experience other organizers had in the past.
Honestly I even forgot about Dela when I came up with this years rules. I just saw the note I left myself (or other future organizers) for future years and act on it.
I personally have nothing against @dela04 , he seems to me a okay guy to me and based on past experiences I think he on the level.
I do know if I started to make exceptions for one person, other people who fit into a similar scenario could ask for the same exceptions.
And for that reason I want to tighten the gaps. I don’t want to make judgement calls here, as they are never fun.
If anyone thinks I been unfair please let me know.
