Cutoff for sign-up is Nov 1. Presents must be assembled with photographic proof of purchase by Nov 24. Ship date is Dec 1.
Would it help to get the assignments before Nov 1?
It would, but if the cutoff is Nov 1st then that may cause some confusion if say, you got three more people after you’d sent out the assignments a week prior.
