I think Seattle ST would need to start playing games other than ST. Or rather, certain ST exclusive players in the Seattle scene would need to pick up Marvel, 3s, or some other mainstream game. And no, KOF isn’t mainstream. At least, not stateside. The reason being that ST tournaments are few and far between. Unless you’re talking about a trip to the beach.
