Just wanted to check in again about the Guitar Hero II tournament on Sunday, because I have made quite a few changes, which I wanted to run by everybody.
Firstly, I was wanting to change the game (small change!!!). I think that everybody is a lot more excited about Guitar Hero III at the moment, so I’m going to bring that along, and I’m also wanting to change the format to the Xbox 360 version (I will bring my own Xbox360, since I have no doubt that all the Halo players are going to tie up those available at the venue). I am also trying to arrange another 360 so that we can have two stations going at once for Guitar Hero.
I also have finished adjudicating the initial customs entries from scorehero.com, and let me tell you, the customs tournament is going to be a BLAST. The quality of the custom songs that those folk threw together is pretty mindblowing, so if you think that you’re a dab hand at Guitar Hero, come and join in the custom fun!!!
Other than that, I’m looking forward to meeting everybody on Sunday - I will be driving down from my home in Richmond, IN at about 9h30, which will put me in Columbus by about 11h30.
