Soooooo, with the tourney about a week away, who’s running Super Turbo, and when are they trying to run it? I know some of you guys want that tourney to start sooner, but if Frank’s trying to start CvS2 around the same time I start Marvel then that can cause issues. Reply ASAP plz. I don’t wanna show up to Zach’s and hear people go “WTF CvS2 is starting? Where will we play ST?!”
I’m thinking someone may have to bring another tv. I can bring a ps2. I also heard from Alex that he wants to play on a different version of ST, not the Capcom Classics Collection ST. Is this something that everyone from the ST group can agree on?

I can’t show up for the ST thing at midnight anymore. What happens is that it starts at 1am, and that messes up my grown up mow the lawn activities on saturday. I can do 9!
Alright so I’ll count Julien and Julian down for 9pm ST. The time it starts doesn’t matter to me, I’m down for whatever. I guess I’ll assume that Nate’s running ST again. I lost his number, can someone give it to me? I’ll call him about it. I remember him not being able to make it to Zach’s until like 10-11 or whatever a few times during the last season.
Suggestion: Start ST at a reasonable time. This starting way after 10pm crap, I like many others have had a long work week, and I am gassed out already when ST is starting. I have a TV I could donate to the dungeon downstairs if need be, but it is only RF…
Playing my matches after midnight, I am usually quite sleepy and my execution goes bad.
Edit: To solve the problem of what vers to play on, IMO the best possible, but pricey solution is to play on a supergun… I personally have wide shoulders and a chubby body in general, and me and Nate specifically are TOO FUCKING BIG to be playing on Zach’s regulation sized ST cabinet, I can barely reach my controls.
If we had a supergun to play on, I could play with the comforts of my own joystick without bashing my shoulder against the next player or having to approach the controls from a sideways angle… AND It’d be a perfect version of ST…
If I had the money I’d just build us one because I have heard bad things about the MAS ones, but maybe we could get a pool or a raffle or something started to purchase one as a group for Seattle ST useage.
fuck it, ill take the lead and run ST…with vigor this time! for the time being though, i have no PS2 so if that can be furnished, i can bring my CCC2 if we go original arcade thats fine too

Supergun my ass, I have an xbox that runs this ST with no problems. I could let Beasley test it out to see if he notices anything. I also have ps2>xbox adapters, so that issue is already taken care of as well.

It runs final burn, a damn good version of it as well. It has all the street fighters you could ever want. Even has neo geo on it, it is godly.

Like I said, I could run it for Julien/Nate if they so desire. Nate/Yousuke/Julius/Mandel have already seen it in action when it was running KOF 98 and 2002 and I heard no complaints.
