Yeah, you need to be a bit more clear. Your question was vague and can be interpreted in many ways - it seemed like you wanted to look for a “working” version of Limit Break, and knowing how people usually can’t read posts in this forum these days, I have assumed so.
Not hard for you to say “Hey, where can I find the EARLIER, working version of SCWU?”, now is it? 
Though, it looks like you know where to get the earlier version of the game based on this post from a month back.
So what you should have asked is
“Hey, I downloaded the game already, so I need to find a way to get it to work on Vista. Anyone know how?”. When it’s obvious that you’d need to use the same method that you did for it to work like you did with Vanguard Princess, since it’s also a Fighter Maker game.
I believe waiting and downloading Limit Break alone might suffice, though. So, why not wait for that and then give it a shot, eh?

I know this might not be the right place to ask, but would anyone be so kind to upload the game on ifile? Mediafire’s been giving me trouble recently from downloading because I always get back to the main site page with the file’s url and “Connection close” written on it.

SCWU genkai toppa crashes for me
Thanks for the upload but it crashes for me… After i DL all the files, i try to run the SCWU.exe but a window comes for 1 second and closes… Any idea what is causing this? I really wanna play this game!
I had this problem with Eight Marbles…
Anyways, you have to run your computer in Japanese lauguage/region when you unzip and run the program. Afterwards I believe you can switch back to english settings and it should still run fine. I still have mine in Japanese so I’m not completely sure.
I tried it, but still does not work… But i noticed something, when i start the game as in the first time after i unzip it, a game configuration file is created in the same folder. Does it have anything to do with that file? Cause i tried changing some stuff from 0 to 1 and it came up for a longer time but still closes after awhile…

This game is so poor, but so godlike.
I don’t have to change to JP language on my computer (though I have the JP language pack installed)
I have the jap language pack already inside my computer, i changed and unzip to start but it still does not work… Anyone have any solutions for this?? I heard about the NLTEA or some jap emulator, tried it but didnt work as well!! HELP ME PLEASE!!~
If you haven’t already, right click and Run as Administrator.
You don’t need** NTLEA or jap lang** for this game.
Just try to run it,with:
1)Run as Admin
2)Run under Windows 2000 mode
Try these.
BTW,it is working on a Windows 7 32bit here.
Tried running as admin and run under windows 2000 compatibility but didnt work as well, the strange thing is that SCWU ver fix works for me ( the game with only 3 characters) but somehow, this does not work!! I’ve tried all solutions on google…Any new solutions?
for the poor guy that never got to play scwu cuz there comp was just being dumb. go to start click on run type in cmd the type in cd then the directory where the scwqu.exe is at example mines on my desktop:
cd C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator.X\Desktop\super cosplay war ultra
once here just type scwu.exe
or if you didn’t rename the exe type in scwu.exe.exe then hit enter hope it helps sorry I couldn’t help you sooner for got all about this game and when I remembered about it a google search brought me to this forum and i was like WTF poor guy so hope it helped
