It comes mostly from the PvP side of the community. They cry like babies when things don’t go their way. The number of invaders that get angry when the people they’re invading don’t treat the invasion like a duel is hilarious.

Isn’t there a stone specifically for dueling? In DaS2 it’s the dragon eye stone and in DeS it’s the red eye stones (dont remember for BB and havent played DaS3 or 1). Like nigga if I used my black eye stone im invading you and my goal is to fuck your shit up.

Eh, it’s hard for bad reasons though, namely that the controls are loose as hell. Souls difficulty works because it tends to make dying feel like it was your fault, but Ni-Oh has a ways to go before it reaches the same level of “punishing but fair” that Souls does
