This game is ass and I don’t really play it anymore, but you don’t see me making a thread and throwing a bitch fit about it.
Also, you really shouldn’t complain about seeing the same characters over and over if you’re going up in the ranks. Because as with any game, people are going to be more competitive and use what they know are the better characters/tactics in the upper rankings. Also, wtf is a “3nd Lord?”

And I suppose your team you use in Ranked is nothing but low tier right? Otherwise you wouldn’t be upset about facing those characters. Why are you saying you’re a 3rd Lord like if it was something hard to get? Play over 1 or 2 thousand matches online with your settings set to “same same” and keep that win rate percentage. THEN I’ll be impressed.

Why? All 4 of those characters are decent/good. Capt does beastly damage off basic level combos & ghetto teleport(cartwheel) + assist, X-23 is all over the place, Trish probably worse divekicks than wolvie and can hover & projectile spam effectively, and Taskmaster… can suck a hard one.

You left out a “mighty” at the start of each phrase.
They’re no where near the bsery levels of a lot of other characters in this game. Then again, most characters have some bsery.

Embrace the BS. In every game, for that matter. Your first objective in any fighting game is to find the most annoying/ambiguous/human-eye-unreadable/human-execution-unbeatable set-ups you can and use them against your opponent.
Ya know, after your master your fundamentals. Of course, this is Marvel, so your ‘fundamentals’ amount to “Mash Cr.A, Get Hit Confirm, Go into Auto-Pilot for a combo, repeat”, so that part is done for you.

What I’m trying to say is, learn your team to the point that any and all match ups that you come across will in fact be obsolete once you learn how to get around such shenanigans. Nemesis punching shit? Have a fast character. Too much Wesker derp? Read the movements and act accordingly. Keepaway got you pissed? Use a teleporter or Dr. Strange. Either simple modifications to your team or a change in assist can make the biggest of differences.
