planning on getting Screw-In buttons Seimitsu PS-14-KN’s…any special tips or tricks needed to fit them into my Madcatz TE?
the nut for the button closest to the stick(a or x) hits the bracket for the mounting the stick. i just dremeled it until it cleared. it only just touches so what i removed was minimal.

no that thing is too hard to bend, you stick the nut under the mounting plate and start screwing using the button. You don’t turn the nut at all when installing the one near the mounting plate. The one pictured above is a TE stick, that is why i showed it. going too look like this [nut>>>>button start screwing…if you want to mess up your mounting plate then go ahead be my guest, and this is the finished product. If you want to work harder than you should you can, but my way is the easiest to install those buttons without messing up the mounting plate.
