supposedly Blanka can use a low forward to trade with a scissor kick (as part of a trap.) People are scratching their heads wondering why Komoda didn’t use this against Graham. Maybe out of fear of psycho crusher subbed for scissor…

one reason Taira chose CE dic instead of ST dic against kuranuki MAYBE is because of the “Psycho Tail.” CE dic’s psycho crusher has an invincible hitbox on his legs. So he can use this as air defense against Chun Li where ST dic has to be more creative/suffer. No such luck for Taira though haha.
