ProTip to guys new to the SF scene: If there’s someone you want to match up against, you there’s a strong change you won’t get anywhere asking for casual sets against more well-known players on the boards or at the event. Gotta put up some $$ to get guys to sit down and match you.
2/3 for $10 is the minimum MM most people will do. Even if you feel like you’re contributing to a better player’s pocketbook it’s the only way to see how you fare against the big dogs outside of tourney play.
