we went to 108, i dunno why, i was drunk and didnt have to drive, so we went…
im in there, some guy push me aside, and i dont move, i stare at them and plant my feet, these kinda guys piss me off…
so they push me around a bit, and punch me across the face, pretty weak in all honesty, but still did it. so i place my hands in font of me as if at a funeral, i just stand there, i dont raise a hand, and they pull out a fuckin knife and place it right up against my stomach, i look down, and then at them. and i still dont do shit. Some random short black guy comes in and breakes what im sure they wish was a fight. Now the bouncers take care of em quick, as i was just talkin to one of em earlier, and he was pretty much watchin me for one reason or another… They get there asses kicked. Now im a pussy lil son of a bitch, and baciclally spend the rest of my time above the pit, tryin to see if i can find em. i cant. After a few hours, we leave.
now were at the car (me sman, cammy, sandy and camil) and out of no where threee guys appear, the same guys. One short white guy has his hands in his pocket and is pushin me around, he has a black eye from the bouncers beating him… the other has sman occupied, and the other kinda just scares the girls…
i get hit a few times, nothin to bad, get thrown to the pavement. I still dont do shit, i was kinda worried if i did, id get stabbed, and all i could think about were the girls that were yelling ‘dont touch him’. so i just keep yellin, 'yo WELL LEAVE! WELL LEAVE, NO BEEF! WERE GONE!, JUST FUCKIN BOUNCE!.. so they leave after we all somehow get into the damn car… we call the cops, sman gets his boys, my older bro gets a call from me, (so he calls random ppl in the club) and i get fuckin interviewed by the cops, and all this BS. i tell em the story, and life goes on. Kinda BS, im pissed that i couldnt, and didnt do anything… but what do u do when a guy has a knife?

I’m not defending those idiots but this might be a good sign that you could use some bulking up Lessard. Punks prey on people that they know they can take down. I applaud you for taking a stand in the club but you didn’t exactly have the means to do something about it if they fucked your shit up. Someone like myself or Poeta in the same position wouldn’t have had to deal with it because they knew they would have got wrecked.
IIRC, 108 is all ages on Saturday. That’s 1/2 the problem right there. The only fight I’ve been in in a club was at 108 like four years ago when my GF at the time was 18. Random indian kids didn’t know that bouncing into my girlfriend was not a good thing and I ended up teaming with two random ginos who the brown guys bumped into and wrecking them 3v3. sigh fighting just isn’t my thing. And yea i know i need to bulk up my friend, but even james knows, that for ppl with our motabilsm, we could eat as much as u guys and work out with no help. I know, i went on a high protien diet, 4 major meals a day and 4 snacks. And i still went to the gym 3x a week doing hour and a half workouts… And trust me my friend, even if i was big n tuff like u and poeta, i still wouldn’t have done shit. Fists < Knife.

No that’s not true. It’s just about eating right and working out. If you’re bulking up, don’t eat mcdonalds and all that shit, eat a lot, but eat healthy. Get to the gym at least every alternate days, 5 times a week, working out different muscle groups every day. Then up it to 6 days a week, with one day rest. In the beginning, use protein shakes to jump start your metabolism, then cut it out. Trust me, I jumped from 130 to close to 170.

and anant, trust me, i took shakes, i worked out 2 muscle groups a day, 45 mins each, 3 times a week. I ate like MAD, i gained NO weight, but the fat test went from 7.5ish to 2.3… so i just gained muscle and lost fat, kinda compensated…
