Hey James maybe you should learn to read. I didn’t say shit about previous dates. I didn’t say shit about it being your fault that your parent’s were going. I asked if you even talked to your parents about going. You couldn’t even answer my question with any information that would be relevant so I’ll just assume you didn’t.
yeah ok matt, lets pretend for a second that your post wasnt one big giant smart ass comment. yes i did ask my dad a long time ago after we had already missed our date. he said something along the lines of “well since you didnt go when you were supposed to, i doubt you’ll be going back up but check the calender”. so i did. then he was away at the cottage or at work basically every second after that and when he was home i forgot to ask him. 2 nights ago i checked the calender and there was nothing written on this weekend, so i said MAYBE we can go. its not my fault if you scrubbed out and booked ur shit off. w/e i guess we arent going this year, since things beyond my control are my fault and everyone just assumes im an idiot.

Not that it matters, but James you posted about these dates way longer than just 2 days ago. I’ve had these dates set in my head for a long time. You didn’t just find out about them 2 days ago… We have been trying to plan the cottage for this weekend as soon as we said we couldn’t go on fathers day weekend (which is a stupid weekend to assume everyone can make it to a cottage anyways). Once we couldn’t go around fathers day, you came out with these dates saying they would be the only other time we would be able to go.
Either way it doesn’t matter. We all get to save money and do almost all of the same shit anyways. If we can’t go this weekend that means that James’ parents are gone which means theres fun to be had anyways. My dad is also going away starting tomorrow for 10 days or so as well. We’ll be able to have a lot of fun so no worries. This weekend I’ll do my best to have some kinda casual at my house if nothing else goes down.

yea, i was kinda noticing that too, james is trying to organize us having a cottage for us to have all to ourselves.
