We played 0.5/1 today at Lessards. I went broke on my first 20, then almost went broke again and came back to about 35. Sucks.
.5/1 = buy in for $50
You usually want to start with at least 50x the BB. Most cash games I play in Hamilton are 1/2 NL with a minimum $40, max $300 and average $100. It’s just a matter of not wanting to be short stacked and you want to be able to make moves without feeling shitty about it if you don’t take it down. Steaming in cash games > steaming in tournaments.

now, about the cottage: i am going to talk to my dad tomorrow(monday) afternoon, however heres what might be happening. we may be going up this thurs. maybe in the afternoon or later on in the day. if the cottage is free on this date, regardless of who can or cant go, me bry and poeta are going in his car. id obviously like it if more people could come but this might be the only time of the year we can go. im sorry this is so short nottice but my dad JUST got back from the cottage tonight. you know the drill.

I have no problem driving theres absolutely no problem and u can say its a sure thing, as long as i get my shifts taken… My only issue is i need u (james) to tell me or post “ok FOR SURE it is happening on this day”. Becuase i have to get rid of some shifts, and i need to know which one. So since its the afternoon and monday, as ur dad if thurs is cool, and at what time will we be leaving.

Also poeta, the reason they want to to reapply, is u have a VERY high chance of getting hired, u were 110nd on a biz pro level, which means u got a maybe on a position that requires some post secondary education, ur test musta been perfect:tup: But if u apply in sales, then u can get hired without any problem. The issue is they can go online and say “this is who applyed, click this person and hire them” they cant just say ur hired, as u MUST do online training for whatever ur going into. Retarded yes, but that is what they have to do, i just hope theres still some slots open. so if u dont want to apply, that sucks that i wont work with u, and sorry that this application method is so retarded.

I told her that the only option online was the business professional one and that I didn’t have a choice when picking the job I wanted to apply for. I told her that twice when i called her on 2 different phone calls. If she still figured I was only gonna apply for that position then shes a moron. I don’t know how you expect me to apply online when I can’t pick anything other than business proff.
EDIT: ok james is a douchebag and the dates he said that were available are not. We can’t go to the cottage and we’re stuck down here this weekend and the only time we would be able to go up to the cottage is the end of august.
