I took HIS102 and that was boring as hell. Lots of reading. But if you get a nice TA like I did, you can easily bull your way to a 70+.
My friend highly recommends political science. I don’t think you have alot of choices at UTM. UTM sucks. I recommend that you use ratemyprofessors.com and check out the profs first.

i signed up for summer school at that catholic gonzaga school for gr 12U english. I had to call em a total of 5 times last month to make sure I was in, after they kept telling me to call next fri, next fri, next fri because they werent done handling the registration. So yesterday was the first day, and i was sick. So when i woke up, gave em a call and left a message saying that i was sick and wouldnt be in until tomorrow. So i wake up at 6 today, get ready and go down to the school. Iunno where im going to so go to the main summer school office, and here is the convo
“hey, im here for gr 12 summerschool, but unfortunetly i was sick yesterday, so im wondering where im supposed to go”
“did u call us to let u know u were sick?”
“yea i left a message”
“when was that?”
“around noon”
“oh, im sorry, but ur slot has been filled”
"… ur fucking shitting me"
"… no, im not, if you dont show, we give ur slot up after an hour"
“this is just me, but u dont think that u should give more then a single hour for people to call or let u guys know that they cant make it in?”
“i didnt make the rules”
“so what ur telling me is u guys screw the people that got their fourms in on time, and give slots away as soon as possible to the people that are less prepared… wow thats fucking awsome”

Don’t be sick for summer school classes ever. I remember watching so many people get owned back in the day when I was taking my electives in summer school. You miss the first day and it’s GGPO because nuff people want the slot.

u shouldve asked to speak to the coordinator/organizer and move the sign-in date to some random saturday for whatever the hell reason he/she wants, and make sure the coordinator/organizer does it without asking any other students or whoever involves with the issue, then state that if anyone comes late after wutever the set time is, he/she will DQ ur ass and run the tourney, (sry i mean the english class) without you. last but not less, whoever dares to question the coordinator of “why the date changed”, make sure you tell the him to reply with no other words than “that’s unfortunate.”
and in the end, you still get screwed over cause you’re still sick on the new date

After playing the last few weeks, I realize that I have a legit shot at coming high in the CvS2 qualifier so my own predicitions for who will win are shot. I’m pulling out of whatever bets I’ve made on the qualifier before it starts. It’s no longer at a point where it’s even money for me.
Bry; I suggest you talk to Kevin if you need a lift or PM Tylor rather than hope he comes into this thread.
