I don’t put any faith in tier lists at all.
But Ric used it in his argument as evidence Fei isn’t top tier, so I’m assuming he’s still okay with everyone following it in the present as evidence of Cammy being top. In the previous argument (was at like page 21-23 or so…) he claimed, using this tier list, that Fei was not top tier because he wasn’t in the top 3, specifically saying top 3 is top tier. Now he’s saying only the #1 position is top tier, and Cammy is not because she’s in the second position.
Notice how when he uses the 4th ranked, top 3 is top tier, but when he’s using the 2nd, only the #1 is. lol

I agree, like shouldn’t gouken be higher along with ryu. I also have to wonder about akuma, he seems better then viper and possibly as good as Seth. On that note why would Seth be better then akuma, it seems like they should be at least even.
I also don’t tier whore since fei was only top in 1 sf4 iteration…akuma however has been top since day 1;)
Seth and Viper are above Akuma because neither require an untechable knockdown to run their vortex. Every knockdown results in a safe mixup. Same with Cammy actually. Probably why they are all above Akuma.

Akuma’s DP has the most recovery frames preventing him from follow ups outside the corner post DP. If you don’t UKD Rose or Cody you won’t beat them.
Well I still think akuma has a better overall vortex, I mean he can basically win a round with a single untechable knockdown.
I also have to wonder about cammy and her top tier status. She’s not what she used to be in super and outside good pokes I have a hard time she’s that good. Granted I don’t have much experience with her but I’m gonna try her out in a set today and see how I do.
Viper has the best vortex by far. She gets setups from virtually anything and she has the highest damage output. Just because you’re free to Akuma doesn’t make him the best vortex character.
Cammy is top tier due to strike pressure, amazing DP and damage output. She lacks mindless footsies though, so you will probably suck with her even though she’s better than Fei.
I have great footsies, I out footsie you last night hence why you spent those 6 matches running away and cheesing me with evasive tactics. Whenever you were close I was dominating hardcore, and cammy will be no different. In fact if you didn’t run away so much with akuma you would have lost…just saying yo!
No you use Fei Long. Impossible to not have good footsies with a character with mindless footsies. Your actual skill at footsies however is scrub tier, evidenced by you playing 3s where you couldn’t even out footsie with Chun lol
Prediction: By this time next week you will have dropped Cammy to run back to Fei mindless footsies for various and inaccurate reasons as to why Cammy sucks.
