I agree with the sentiment about 3soe. Its official name is now “Slide Show Fighter 3”, or if you like, “Random Teleport Fighter 3”.
The game stopping for a split second in a lag spike the way it does in sf4 is far less gamebreaking than a bad rollback. Parry is useless when you miss the start up animations of movies. When you see Urien chariot rush you and then right before it hits the game decides it was actually a knee drop, thats gamebreaking. The game showing a hit stun, playing a hit sound, then rolling back to a block after you super is COMPLETELY gamebreaking.
I’m sure it plays fine with 2 really solid connections but so does sf4 so thats really not the issue.
don’t forget it the early “KO!” sounds then suddenly it rolls back to one guy have 10% health and both players are all just “WTF”
Thats ESPECIALLY bad because I just reflexively mash taunt whenever I hear KO
my internet is horrible. 3so does not do this to me. yall must be on dialup.

Hey mitch Ill be in town but unfortunately I cant house you, if you had come next month I could have easily done it in my new place but I wont be moving untill the end of the month so im sorry mate:(
Anyhow ill pm you my cell and when you get in town just give me a shout and we’ll get some games in and chill for a bit. Im excited to finally play some offline competition again but unfortunately im fucking rusty at SF4 so dont expect anything major haha.
Haha yeah shuffling bitches is a full time job but nah man I didnt quit I just dont have much free time these days plus TTFs is officially offline. Fucking pissed how after all the drama and shit that went down we got nothing to show for but then again I did say this would happen unless shit got organized. Im also sad that the community I created finally went down the drain but I guess i shouldnt be to shocked considering the former organizers have moved away along with the majority of the TTFs players. Oh well it was a good run and I had a blast with some of the people I met and it gave me the chance to go out to tournaments finally and hey I even got some pussy from the whole deal so overall good shit toon town fights you shall be missed!
With that said Im not done playing fighting games but im just not as active due to the lack of incentive. When I move out to BC again soon ill probably start playing again since ill have a local community to train with. Untill then im just playing 3s and SF4 casually whenever I get free time.
