The funny thing is the day after the tournament I remember some very annoying remarks left by Troy and killey in the threads over me not placing top 8 or beating Jamie. I let them slide because I legitimately wanted the grudge to end and my hope was that after ab2 they would. From my end of things I didn’t have anything left to say over the previous drama and was ready to leave it in the past. Then all the sudden you get guys like stang coming in here with lies and shit talk to provoke a response from me.
I show respect when respect is shown to me which is why I had no issues at ab2, however when I feel disrespected Ill defend myself.

No, I don’t blame the crowd. I sincerely feel sorry for Ric, that’s all. This statement is not made in mocking. I feel sorry for him, I think we should all feel sorry for him. He is like a man who cannot stop hurting himself.
My spirituality takes main stage in all my dealing with anyone and everyone. I take Buddhism with me everywhere. Religion is not important and never need be brought up ( Although I am trained to be a priest and I’ve studied the wisdom of many people’s and cultures. Please don’t stop yourself from ecclesiastic discussions as I enjoy them very much. ) . Forgiveness and accepting that which cannot be changed by us is of utmost importance on my mind. Of this I have no regrets.
I sincerely believe in being wary of becoming like our enemy the moment that speak against them. Maybe in my own way I’ve gotten through to Ricardo and he will remain in silence. This is my sincere hope. If he manages to be quiet from now own it might be a start. I will take my own advice as I tend to do and once again vanish into the light… for now.

Actually I approached mai at AB2 and went right up to his face and said"are you mai". Steve had told me the day before that if any violence went down at the event that we would both be kicked from the venue, and considerng I had already paid for the hotel,got time off work for the weekend and spent 4+ hours driving down to edmonton I wasnt about to let some dude I never heard of ruin my trip. I approached him trying to resolve things like mature adults but he instead chose to act like a"tough guy"and tried his best to provoke me into doing somethingstupid.I didnt fall for the bait and said “Im going to show respect for the organizer and the community and not do this here”, at which point he got bored and steve finally got involved.

Edit: So to drive this whole point home, the majority of the AB guys acted respectful and civil to me at AB2. Even with the winning streak I had at AB2, I didnt feel the need to call anyone "free"or make a issue of it anymore since the impression I got from the crowd was that they were ready to move past the drama and leave it in the past. Thats what I decided to do after AB2 and what I will continue to do so thats all I will say on the AB situation before dropping it.
