Yo, Merlin. When do you think you will be headed for Saskatoon next?
Me and Skull and whoever will probably come at least once this summer for sure. We’d have more incentive if there was some sort of tourney (that wasn’t last minute planned and messy as fuck).
Do you guys play more SF4 or MVC these days as a whole (I know you play other bizarre shit)?
SSF4 mainly. Me, Jeremie and Darcius also play quite a bit of Melty Blood.
I’m sure Jayson will organize some sort of tournament in the near future. In advance, of course.
Edit: I’m pretty sure there are MK9 players somewhere here also.
On another note, since I can’t afford AE at the moment, is it even worth me to continue to play SSFIV and try to improve if I’m just going to have to readjust for when I do get AE ? To be frank, AFAIK, Adon’s changes have been buffed normals and his EX Jaguar Tooth is now invulnerable to Projectiles. And of course his wake up time was slowed down (but when I played at a friends, it wasn’t like I noticed A HUGE difference). Just curious what opinions are of AE thus far.
I would like to invite all saskatoonians to come to AB beatdown and challenge me for the king of sask world title. I WILL EVEN BRING A BELT WITH AN nWo STYLE SPRAYPAINT SAYING “KING OF SASK” ON IT. toss down some money matches, and have some fuuuun!
also, @ evan., yeah. if you guys could put something dece together, we would definitely show up. (by dece, i don’t mean hundreds, just have an event where something is on the line, makes it more “worthwhile” i guess, for us to show up there. if you guys needed support, i’m 90% sure regina would show up for sure.
His combos are still the same for the most part, if that helps.
For craps sakes! Fine then. I’m going to see what days I’m free next week and try and set up some sort of gaming night if people can’t get past the damn drama for a bit.
I’ll post more when I figure out a date. Everyone is invited who wants to come out for the fun. All I ask is that people don’t start any kind of fistfight or otherwise.
