Never said that, i said i would have nothing to prove and that I want to focus on the EC guys. Ive fought jamie enough times to know what hes all about, but Ive never faced the EC guys before so its something new I want to try out. I never said"oh hell im never fighting jamie again, hes like so last year", in fact the second I got a better internet connection I sent him a pm telling him we can get in better games now.
I said I didnt know the exact final score, but that I knew for a fact I didnt lose 9-10 and that it wasnt a FT10 and that by what i remembered it was very even.
lol this doesnt even make sense, how did i get exposed exactly. He made a claim and I disputed it and offered me reasons for why I think its wrong.
Im not revisioning anything here or frabricating a event that never occured. A claim was made and im disputing it and since no one else here was present during those games no one outside me and jamie has any real say in it. He said he won 10-9 and I simply stated the reasons why I think this score is wrong.
Its a very simple concept to understand so I dont get why its being made a bigger issue then it is. When I told Gen I beat jamie I said that because imo based off what i can recall from the flow of the set I was ahead (just personal opinion). Now clearly jamie has a different view on how that set went down, however outside knowing for a fact that it wasnt a ft10 or that i lost 10-9 I cant offer a absolute final score to prove or debunk who won or lost. All I can do is debunk the score and offer my own personal opinion on who won.Thats why I said it isnt a big deal and why I think trying to prove 1 side of the story over the other would be pointless. IMO I think I won the set but if jamie wants to think he won 10-9 then thats fine, its not a big enough deal to me either way because the set was very close regardless of the version you wanna believe so I dont think either of us will lose sleep over it.
The simple solution is just to rematch next time we see each other and leave it at that, end of story.
