I don’t see how this is up for debate? Either you won the set or you lost the set. There’s no “if you think you won that’s fine”.
What set did you win, exactly? When did it happen and what was the final score?
Just like Ric won his sets against Burzy in Mk…doesnt seem like Ric is ever capable of losing.

The whole point of this thead was to build a community and to unite the sask players together into a local scene, and in spite of all of the turmoil I believe this is still possible. Im not asking people to like me or to agree with everything I say or do, all im asking for is for people to act like adults and not let"insert here"reason hinder or divide the community.
I know certain people on here have a axe to grind with me and im cool with that, but nothing will get accomplished by consistantly reminding me why you hate me because in the end of the day im not going to change…im quite happy with myself so why would I. Since day 1 my whole intention on this thread has been to promote a scene and thats the reason why im still on this thread. With that said Im gonna try my best to stay on topic and hope people can do the same.
Also just to clearify something before moving on, I have no issue with allie or her and dustin hosting gatherings. Like I said before I appreciated the offer and invitation last time and im sorry I couldnt make it. Regardless if you think im being sincere or not or saying this to keep face, everything im about to say is from the heart and I mean it 100%. I mean it when i say I dont have anything agaisnt you and if anything I wish you the best and hope everything is going good for you. This isnt to say that I didnt make any mistakes or that I didnt hurt you, but im human and im trying my best to become a better man. Its not always easy and im bound to make mistakes along the way and its clear ive made several mistakes with you, and for that Im sorry.
With that said I hope you guys continue to host gatherings and keep up what you guys have been doing. Me and V arent attempting to replace or compete with you guys but just offer something a alternative since we have a different vision for gatherings. If it works out great, if not then no harm done. Either way I see no reason why it has to be issue since people are more then welcomed to attend both events…and like I eluded to before I see now reaosn why it has to create a division. We can easily work together to host a community for everyone, because in the end of the day its just a game and playing a game shouldnt be this dramatic or difficult.

We had 2 sets, the 1st set was easy to keep track of because it was a direct FT5 and you won that 5-3. The 2nd set however was not a FT10, we played untill one of us had to leave. I remember seeing you do some casuals with cody and during one of your matches with him I asked you if you wanted some games, you said"sure"and then we played. At no point did we ever agree to a exact number of games however, we were both just filling time untill the event started. As a result I didnt keep a exact track of the score but I know for a fact it wasnt a FT10 or that I lost 9-10 for 2 reasons.

I won the last game before you left so a FT10 wouldnt have made sense,unless you got to 10 while I was at 8 and still continued to play (which wouldnt have made any sense if it was a race to 10)

I remember us playing more then just 10 games so even if you did win it would have been something like 14-13 or some other score higher then 10-9.
Again I dont remember the exact final score but I do remember the intial stages and the general flow of the set. This is what I remembered the set being like:
I won the first game, you won the next 5
I won the next 4, you won the next 1
I won the next 3, you won the next 1
From that point forward we went back and forth but no one won by multiple games anymore. I dont know for how much longer we played after I lost count but it was more then a few games (more then a FT10 I know for sure). I rememebr being frustrated by the fact that I couldnt take more then a single game at a time, I also remember finding it funny that the score was literally going"1 for 1".
The only other detail I can recall from the set was that I won the last one before you told me you had to go. Also after we were done some player in the back who was watching the set (im pretty sure it was charles) told me"hey that was a solid set" and I said “thanks, do you know who won in the end cause I lost count” and he told me"yeah you were up a few games I think". Mind you his attention was split between our set and his friends so im not saying its completely reliable, all Im saying is that the set was longer then a FT10 and that Im very certain (would bet 1k on it) I won it.
Im not trying to make a big deal of it though or use it as fuel to talk shit, im just going by what I remember. At any rate the set was highly competitive and the games were very close so it wasnt a true decisive victory regardless. Also you still won the 1st set and the tournament matches so like you always keep telling me"you won when it counted".

Im not making a big deal about it, all I said before was that I beat jamie in the past (referring to this casual set) and that was all. I even said a few post afterwards that its not a big deal, in fact even jamie said awhile ago that it wasnt a big deal. I was just clearing the air but like I mentioned before its not a big deal either way.
Its not a big deal or anything I’m just going to bring it up EVERY DAY as if my whole fragile ego were built around the fact that I’ve convinced myself I beat him once but yea no biggie whatevs.
I didnt bring it up everyday, I made a small reference to it when responding to Gen and then explained it into further detail when it got disputed. It was the first honest set I’ve ever had with him since the sets we had before were always online and with a bad connection(my fault for having a bad connection at the time).
