These seem like a really good idea, but will they decrease the sensitivity of the Sanwas? I can’t use my pretty Seimitsu buttons anymore because they feel so clunky next to a Sanwa.

I haven’t gotten my prototypes yet but you are echoing my sentiments. I bought some seimitu buttons for my custom and rocked them for a week before I took them out and put my sanwa buttons in. I didn’t like stiff how they were and a few times the buttons would get stuck.

its been a while since he posted. also dunno what happened to the friday picks. nonetheless. time is key, so if he wants to put out a good product so be it. excited to get myself a set. i need to compliment it with a toodles spark. late night battles is not friendly…

I like! may use sanwa again , I hate that snap but love that soft snap. I have some stuff that will work perfect thanks for the idea marcelo!!!

I just installed custom silencers for my Clear Sanwas and it sounds silent but still has some noise from the microswitch.

Too be honest, I do like this mod, but for tournaments, I would prefer the loud clicky clicky because these cushion pads make the button feel almost like a Seimitsu but just at the point where it feels like a Sanwa+Seimitsu… Great mod but you feel a little bit of resistance.

I like a little resistance in my button. maybe it’s because I sometimes rest my fingers inbetween the punches and kicks and with Sanwa’s being so touchy I mess up by activating the button. With Seimitsu, I can grip the edge of the button with my finger tips and rest them with no issuse. I also like the deeper sound the Seimistu button makes aposed to a Sanwa sound. but if they made a sanwa button that was half the stiffness and killed the Snap sound and replaced it with a softer high pitch sound I would go with sanwa. they just fire faster. It sounds like this simple mod will do exactly that.
