This is great. I’m hoping to get my hands on some once they go on sale. I like Sanwa moving forward with silent buttons, but I’d love to have similar functionality while keeping my OBSC’s. Nice work Marcelo!

Seimitsu buttons are trickier. Look at the difference: http://imgur.com/llUOw
If you look at the red arrow, that’s the sanwa button top with the switch. With Sanwa the out “ring” is the point of impact and that is noise is coming from. Now for summits, represented by the blue arrow, shows you the point of impact on them. The switch sit on top of a little pedestal. So it proves to be trickier since the ring is A LOT smaller. I have some ideas I’m experimenting with. I originally started doing this to make Seimitsu, since those are my preferred buttons but found sanwa was easier to work with. There WILL be a seimitsu ones too, just gonna take some figuring out.

How well does this work in combination with LEDs installed? Is light still capable of shining through very well? Also, I’d be interested in 24mm versions as well.

It’s not compatible, YET! I am working with J&J in making LED compatible ones… I am looking to make 24mm ones since there seems to be an interest.

I’ve been wanting a silent stick for a while now. Going to grab an optical stick along with these when they are available.

GOOD NEWS! Just heard back and getting my 1st test production batch tomorrow. So I will be sending out THOSE instead. I thought the hand made ones were already sent but luckily they weren’t. So sit tight…
