Sanwa button ground and signal

I in the process of wiring my first custom stick. I am trying to figure out which terminal is the ground and wich one is the signal.

My pushbutton are osbn-30 and 24

and i did search.

It doesn’t matter.

Just wire one to ground and one to signal
